Between getting diagnosed and repairs but they took their time to make sure the job was done right. In the end I needed a new transmission. Thank God for a warranty because the cost whew! The entire staff was absolutely helpful and friendly during the entire process and they contacted the warranty company for me and got the rental information and did all the paperwork. I just showed up and signed and was done! Special kudos to Brandy for all of her help and patience she never seem stressed when I called with a question or concern. I informed him Lexus recommends never to mix universal coolant with Lexus lifetime coolant. The rep responded with a smirk, "ok, then I won't top it off". It's important to me that the proper fluids are being used as recommended. I'd rather pay Lexus that extra $30 and drive another 15 min to ensure my investment is being cared for as recommended. However, to their credit, Oil change was done in a reasonable time frame.

Went here for a routine inspection. they said it would take 30 minutes or so. after a 90 minute…read morewait, they said "welllll there's a couple things we need to get taken care of before you can get passed" and slid me over an $1800 quote. the actual reason for failing the inspection is completely vague "excessive play" with no accompanying measurements. it appears strongly to me as a grift as I took it to a second mechanic who promptly passed the inspection the very next day. I got an inspection done, titling and tags installed on the car in less time than waiting for what clearly appears to be a grift here. I wouldn't even take my cars here now for air in the tires.
