The server told us that the kitchen had pretty much just spaced it and didn't start making her food with the rest of our order. She did not receive her entrée until all of the rest of us were completely finished eating. Well, we were good natured about it and didn't create a fuss or complain or asked to talk to a manager,, but Salvatori's also didn't take the initiative to offer any additional words of explanation, apology, or even a coupon off our next visit. My daughter's entrée came out so hot, that the ceramic plate was actually steaming. Ordinarily that is not a bad thing if she would receive her order at the same time as everyone else.. She felt so awkward about having to wait until it cools off before she can eat, and knowing that all the rest of us were finished and waiting on her that she just pretty much asked for a box and packed it up to take it home. That was a bit of a bummer.

Extremely rude servers an owner! Owner whined about how the rules for the China virus was hurting the business an then he threw a group out because they didn't walk in with a mask. They were already at a table and ready to order. Seriously, that is so two-faced! Won't go to a place that treats people like that. I found myself saying "mmm" a few times after my first bite of gravy and biscuit. I wouldn't go as far as to say it was North Carolina-worthy gravy or biscuits, but they were pretty good! The eggs were more fried than scrambled, but they tasted good enough. They actually reminded me of homemade eggs, so that was nice. Overall, I only arrived back at work one minute late, which I don't blame on Willie's. They served me quickly and made sure I was full of good food before I headed back into the real world. Stop by Willie's from 7-2 every day (8-2 on Sundays) for a tasty lunch or breakfast!

Crust was substantial and a great texture/flavor, pie itself wasn't overly sweet. It was small but mighty. That gives this place a half star higher in my mind.
