Star -- Terrible Experience at This Alfa Romeo Dealership I took my Alfa Romeo Stelvio here for service, and it was one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. The service department did not communicate properly with the insurance inspector and failed to represent me professionally. They told me the ABS system needed replacement and tried to charge me $7,000 for it. When I refused to pay and said I wanted to return the car to Alfa Romeo, they offered to buy my $30,000 car for only $5,000 -- completely unacceptable. My service advisor was extremely rude, and when I dropped off my car, the hood release handle was not broken. But when I picked it up, it was broken -- and they claimed it was already like that. After getting the car back, I started hearing noises from the front wheels. When I called them again, they wanted to charge me $500 for a diagnostic fee, even though any service should be covered under warranty. The advisor, the manager, and the entire service team were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. Don't bring your Alfa Romeo here. read more

They don't deserve even one star, I was not going to complain because I don't believe in doing that, but this time it was too much, very inexperienced people working there, from top to bottom, from assigning the plates for the Maserati from another one of my cars (Mercedes)? The cashier almost charging $800 dollars more than what the invoice indicated, assigning the wrong VIN # to the app so instead of my car I can control someone else's? etc, I will never come back to this dealer, I will go back to the one in Palm Beach. read more

My husband has a Maserati and knows his cars, so he lights up whenever he is surrounded by all these gorgeous cars. When we bought a car from them we had a huge flower display delivered as a thank you gift from them, which was such a sweet touch. We will probably be purchasing here soon. This dealership is the worst. I purchased a very expensive car with cash, no financing so super easy. I've spoken multiple times to three employees asking to please send me the title. They either ignore me or lie to me saying first that it will arrive in two weeks, then that it's in the mail, then that it's overnighted. All dishonest statements. If i could give this dealership negative stars i would! I really hope me posting this review i get a general manager to help or at-least reach out to me since i have had no success in having a resolution with anyone. On august 4th we bought a Maserati. Beautiful car. We was on vacation and decided on making a purchase so we took an Uber and went to the dealership. We test drove a white Maserati fell inlove and decided to go ahead with purchase. We also noticed the car was dirty. The sales guy said no problem we will detail it before you leave with it. We also specifically said we want to buy this car but we have to register it in the state of Pensilvania. The finance lady Shonna ( her office is upstairs) said it was no problem! We was there a few hours and decided to leave to grab some lunch Shonna said we had to put a $5k deposit down to hold the vehicle so we did. Few hours later the sales guy said everything is done we can deliver the car to you everything is approved. The car was delivered to us to our hotel room. And it wasn't detailed we was excited so we didn't care too much. The sales guy came over with 30 pages and had us sign it (didn't give us copies) left the car and took an Uber home! 2 weeks later the dealership called us and said the car can't be registered in Pensilvania it has to be registered in California. The state of California requires the car to be in California in order to be registered. Shonna said they are not paying for transport fees she is also saying that we should have put it in negotiations with the price! She is taking no responsibility or accountability for us having this conversation upstairs! Besides we signed documents in our hotel. How would that be even negotiated in any price when she told us that was not a problem. The dealership sent us an email with our paperwork 1 week later. Also we purchased a certified car the tires had to be replaced and the person that is the manager of the car sales is Guillermo. The car wasn't a month old and tires had to be replaced. He has yet to contact us about resolving this matter. We are so fed up with this situation we are actually going to file a small claims case if no resolution is resolved! Dnt buy a car from this dealership they just push the sale on you! They dnt treat their customers like their best friends like they advertise they lie to sell you a car and their certified cars aren't certified for safety. I've waited a couple of days before writing this review just in case any of the people that I've reached out to from sales to the corporate office had the decency to contact me back. They didn't so here we are. Stay as far as possible from this company if you value your time, your money and yourself. They will not honor anything they say over the phone or in person. I was assured 100 % twice that they will match the CarMax offer that I had in hand. Drove all the way there, spent quite some time for their used car manager to tell me that he will call me within an hour so we can work the deal out. Since it was a long drive from my house I just waited and drove around there, and guess what? 1 hour 30 minutes later no call. I called asked for him (Guilermo) he then proceeds to tell me that it will take another 15 minutes and will call back. As you probably guessed he never did, about after another hour wait, I've decided to drive back home. Today is Tuesday and no one had the decency to call back. Even after I've attempted to contact them. I've wasted a whole Saturday dealing with their unprofessionalism and terrible service. I've bought cars and dealt with many dealerships in the past and this one it's hands down the absolute worst experience that I've ever had. It's ok not to make a deal but it's never ok to conduct business in this matter and completely disregard client's time and play this sales games. I called the service department at Rick Case Maserati to ask how much my service would be for my 2 year old Maserati. I told him your Maserati dealer has a coupon on line for an oil and filter change for $199. The guy didn't know anything about the coupon and said my 2 year service would be $1600. I told him he is more than twice the cost of any other Maserati service and he replied "Nice". I wouldn't buy or service my car at this Maserati dealer. Rick Case Maserati has the worst customer service out of any luxury car dealership I have ever dealt with. In the past 3 years due to this they have gone through 4 General Managers, 3 Service Managers and about 6 Service Advisors. They mislead Maserati owners and constantly try to charge for things which are under regular or extended warranties. In additions repairs which are done there on many occasions you will need to bring your vehicle back there for the sane time 2-3 tines. Upon entering I saw the car I knew that would be mine. The manager at the front desk introduced me to Karl Dillett. He is an Alfa Romeo Specialist. A big smile and a firm handshake put Karl and Rick Case miles ahead of the previous dealerships we had visited that day. Negotiations were quick, by car dealer standards, and fair. I was looking at the Ghibli at another dealership and felt I should compare facts and figures with another dealer to attempt to compare the deals to be sure I was making the correct choice. Miguel Perez is the new car manager there and personally took responsibility for my deal. I got a more expensive unit than the other dealer and for a shorter lease term and it ended up significantly less than the other dealer quoted even at a lower priced vehicle through them. Miguel assigned me to Jesus Borgus as my sales rep and they both ensured that my deal was smooth even to the extent they personally returned my rental which I was using following a car accident I had which is the reason that I needed a new car and provided us with a brand new Alfa to drive home while they got the Ghibli ready for us. I am a prior Rick Case customer who had an average experience but dealing with Miguel has completely changed my opinion of their operation. He is a good guy who is very honest and is well respected in the local car industry here in south Florida. I purchased my first and second Maserati from Rick Case. The sales department is friendly and qualified. Unfortunately, the service department is a hot MESS! I called to schedule an appointment to repair the air conditioning and my service rep Jorge has been terrible. First, he said he would pick up my car and drive it to the dealership as I live 45 minutes away. The next day he informs me he can't do it until the following day. This is after I text him wondering where he was. He could have told me the day before he had a doctors appointment so I could make other arrangements. Then Wednesday he delays until the afternoon. I'm not sitting waiting for him for 2 days. I drive it up and they give me a rental car. BMW very nice. Ok, but 6 days later he text me that I have 24 hours to return it or they will charge me! How rude! He explained that the part for my car will take 2 weeks to arrive and 3 days for repairs. This means I have to drive up there not only to exchange the rental for a loaner but also to get my vehicle back. Jorge treats me like his secretary... He did NOT give me service paperwork, said he would email it and didn't. I gave him my husbands email twice! When I called him asking for it and he tells me to text it to him... Really? You can't write it down? Today he text me on a group text with an unknown number (which I'm sure is a typo of my husbands number). I believe my next car will be a BMW... Thanks for the rental!
