I didn't accept the offer, 2nd try the offer went down to $3700 and I made the appointment and then cancelled later because I didn't want to drive all the way down to Fort Lauderdale... Finally after my 3rd attempt, the offer was $3500 and i just took it .. i paid $90 for them to pick it up which they take it out from the offer which isn't bad.. signing the documents online was easy, the guy came out & checked my vehicle, test drove it etc .. and that was it.. i got paid literally 2 business days... I had a great experience selling my vehicle. This location is very clean and tidy. It's NOT. Dealership. I've never been to a Carvana location before and this was a very interesting experience. They have the huge car "vending machine" where you actually get a token to put in to get your car, but today I was only selling. You do most of the paperwork online and when we came in they test drove my car took some pictures and handed me a check! The whole process took less than 30 minutes. The online process took 30 minutes too. I'm thinking maybe it's because my car was in PERFECT condition, and someone else might have more of a hassle, but honestly I would sell a car to Carvana again. read more

This review is only for selling my car. I have not purchased anything from Carvana. This is the only time I have sold a car in the US, and I am very happy with the experience. Someone told me that Carvana usually offers less than others, but for me it was the opposite. They came in at almost 30% higher than one other merchant that I tried, and the drop off was smooth and no issues. Now, I ASSUME that the more honest and accurate you are when you are getting your car valued online, the higher the chance that you will actually get what they promise, and that is what I had. 5/5. It seems that Carvana removed my review so you know what I'm just putting up another one and every time they remove it I'll put a new one. I had specialty plates on my old car and I wanted to transfer the plates however Carvana failed to tell me that I had to upload the registration of the plate. So here I am thinking that everything is good and I come to find out that my plate has been discontinued and they issued me a new plate that is not a specialty plate. The one thing that Carvana did right is they reimbursed me for the cost of the new registration and plate, which is the least they could do. Mind you I drove 1000 miles north with the old plate thinking I could use it, but I couldn't and thankfully my friend got the plate when it was delivered and mailed it to me and FedEx overnight which they did not reimburse me for and they said they wouldn't . This whole process made me realize that I'm never doing business with Carvana again. I don't trust them. read more

You sold us a car that had 2 tires, dangerously low that your approved shop told us need to be replaced less then a week after buying the vehicle. Your 100 day warranty is a joke. After speaking to Silver Rock, I was told the only claims that happen within a day or 2 are related to the wheel and tire warranty. Your approved shop told us it takes weeks to get other work approved, so thank god for the factory warranty. In addition, you sold us a car that had a warning that came on immediately telling us the car had TOO MUCH OIL. Clearly no oil change was done an it was just overfilled, buy a quart to be exact according to your approved repair shop. read more

Unlike these haters on here, I had a 5 star service. They contacted me 30 mins before delivery of my drop off vehicle to ensure I was still coming for the transaction. When I arrived it was a skeleton crew, and I had to find my customer service agent, but once we connected, we walked to the vehicle, inspected the car, had a discussion, and he helped me put my concerns at ease with the transaction, bill of sale, direct deposit for equity in the car. I managed to complete the transaction within 10 minutes, I was then sent a text that the payment would be processed, and while I had my concerns, by the end of the night the funds were in my account. the transaction was seamless. While the customer service was low that day, everyone that was there was highly competent and really professional. Definitely give this place a try if you use their online services to lock in your rate, all you have to do is drop the car by and in 20mins or less you're done. I would strongly recommend these guys and use them again. read more

People do not sell your car to Carvana they are 3k off compared to car max and Auto Nation. Always compare you will see tge difference they add pickup but 3k on a 22k car is a huge difference. Shop you will be amazed the price difference. read more

customer support is non existent via email. phone and chat support is basically pointless. agents cannot even speak english, have zero initiative or decision authority, and cannot even relay important matters to supervisors. they are just robots who cannot help with anything. supervisors are absolutely non accessible for anything. having spent $52.000 on a car, I am very very disaappointed not being able to speak to anyone with authority re my issues during the process. read more

The vehicle I purchased had undisclosed accidents, flood damage, a blown engine, broken mirror, broken backseat, and has been in repairs for a month. I missed the return period because I didn't find out the extent of the damage until Day 8. It's been in mechanic shop for 3 weeks. I got to drive it 2 days. Carvana Hollywood Hub staff hid information of damage to the car I purchased during transport. Instead of being honest and informing me one of the half dozen times we communicated prior to my arrival for pick up. They waited until I arrived with my family and tried to pressure me to approve a service ticket at some body shop saying they would pay for it. I asked for a discount on the purchase price. They said no because the repair would not cost me anything. I guess only their time is worth money. I left the car there and told them to repair it and have it delivered to my home. This was honestly a horrible experience. The "advocate" that initially was assigned to me has zero customer service skills. My appointment was at 11, I wasn't even spoken to by him till 11:30. This is an issue but you could at least great folks and let them know you are running late. After specifically asking if my ride can leave and saying yea, turns out their was an issue and my sister had to drive 45 minutes back after driving 45 minutes home. He made no attempt to help fix my issue and said there was no way to help. A few hundred dollars on rentals and hotels later, Carvana (the 888 number) was able to help no problem (actually the young lady was extremely great). The advocate just refused to help and this cost me a lot of money and grief. I would never go back to this location however, if you do call the 888 (not the 800) on the spot before leaving. My first and last experience with this company. I set up an appointment for carvana to come by my house and see if my car was in good enough condition for them to buy. The guy in charge to come out and inspect my car called me in the morning hours before my scheduled appointment with him later that day to confirm that the car was drivable. I informed him that it was drivable, I had just taken it out for a drive that morning but it does have some mechanic issues that needed to be fixed. Those issues were checked off in detail and explained on the pre form that you have to fill out online before they even schedule someone to come out to you or give you a quote. An hour past my appointment and no one showed up. I tried to call the guy back to ask about his estimated arrive since he was an hour late and no one picked up the phone anymore. Where I called corporate to figure out where the tech was, they explained that the tech that was scheduled to come came to look at my car noted in the system that he came, test drove my car and that it wasn't drivable and that they weren't gonna buy the car. When In fact, NO ONE showed up, no one looked at my car, no one test drove my car and the tech lied about the entire situation. Either way, I'll never sell a car to this company ever again. I Ended up selling my car privately for a much higher price than what carvana quoted me and without the headache and lies. read more
