Very high prices for parts and repairs. Be careful of companies claiming to use oem parts because there are so many cheap after market parts out there the temptation to use a part costing half of what oem costs is tempting. Customers must check to make sure of what they are getting by requesting to see the parts receipt. A part number can usually lead you to who made the product. read more

five stars all day every day do you want reliability this is where you show up you are an explanation on why somethings not working you want answers. This is where you show up. Do you want to save money cost repairs in the future by taking care of which wrong not what might be wrong. This is where you show up 15 years I've been dealing directly with Andrew and his father and I've never had a question what their diagnosis was. In fact, I purposely allow my wife to go to other mechanics get quotes just so we can all get a good laugh when Andrew laughs and lets her know that a flux capacitor is it an actual thing and doesn't need to be replaced in a Honda!!! he save my family. You save my friends, and he saved myself a lot a headache, and a lot of money throughout the years. you pay for what you get and what I get is fast service reliable work in a company that takes responsibility for the services they provide. I'm sure there's other mechanics out there that share the standards but they're fire and in between so if you're in Coral Springs Margate, what are the surrounding areas, bring your estimate in who knows maybe you can catch firsthand what honest mechanic looks like . PS Andrew, if you're reading this, I wanted a discount when you're install my new air suspension in my Lincoln lol! Believe me when I tell you this is an honest review because in fact just recently, my wife had a $1500 quote to replace front shocks and suspension just to find out the front. Shocks and suspension were perfectly fine. It was just the rear struts that need to be replaced. I can give you examples all day do yourself a favor go get a couple estimates done and then go talk to Andrew and get the real story. By far the best Auto Repair Technicians I've ever visited! Andrew was very informative, patient, and thorough! He walked me thru the process of Road Force technology and found the root cause of vibration on my ML350! These guys know what they're doing and are very honest. You don't find a lot of mechanics out there that do that! They are also very reasonable and upfront with cost! If I could give this place 10 stars I would! My name is Jessica, I went to get my brand new tire installed and they told me it would cost $35. Then, they tell me I need a tire sensor for $122. I told them to just put my spare tire back on and went to pompano just tires where they only charged me $16 to change my new tire. And $22 for a new air tire valve. Another time I went here to get just my brakes changed, they said I need routers new routers at $82 each. This place only cares about charging more then they need to ever since they moved to their new location. Things never use to be like this, but they've lost a customer. read more

I thought I had to trade my car in and buy a new one. I have a 10 year old jeep that I'm driving till my 15 year old son has his license. Fred is the bomb!!!! As I was there, I saw how his other customers treated him with such respect and left their prized possessions in his care. (There were a lot of nice cars!!) I am a customer and friend for life now. shop is ok for an alignment or other quick job that will make fast money for the shop,but don't ask them to diagnose anything because they obviously are not willing to spend the time on it(no money in it when you could do 3 alignments in the same amount of time) I brought in my car to have some issues diagnosed and to get an alignment being very specific to Fred the manager to find the problems before aligning the wheels, my priority was with the items I specified to be checked out.After the work was done I got conflicting stories from the mechanic and the manager about why my problems were still there and only an alignment was done. Fred tried to tell me that a brand new strut was missing parts and that was making the noise in question.The only problem with that theory is that it was making that noise BEFORE the strut was replaced! He also tried to tell me that I only brought the car in for an alignment. He said he could have them look at it but he'd have to charge me for it DUH! why couldn't they just have done as I asked originally and charged me accordingly? Payment was never my issue I just wanted my car fixed.Anyway, It became obvious they didn't want to be bothered with the job. Igot annoyed with his song and dance and told him id go somewhere else,and he said Have A Nice Day! Needless to say Fred you have lost a customer. I felt rushed when trying to explain my concerns before and after work was done. This is no way to do business and expect return customers read more

Went here for a wheel alignment. Got a good deal and job done well. I even got a printout of the before and after degree variance on each wheel, which I've never gotten before. Will return here next time I need work. read more
