I thought I felt a slow shift point once or twice in the last few months so I decided it was time. I was right. Artem saved and showed me how dark brown the normally pink trans fluid had become. Yuck! The Naples Volvo dealership wanted DOUBLE what Artem charges and I can guarantee you, it couldn't have been done any better. I noticed a discernable improvement on the drive home tonight from his shop and I'm sure my gas mileage will improve going forward as a result, too. My first time taking my car here and I was impressed. When I returned home I pulled the dipstick and the oil was obviously not fresh. I called to point out the mistake, but they doubled down and the mechanic confirmed it was done. So I found Naples Mechanics and took it there and they confirmed I was correct. While the car was on the lift, the owner also pointed out that the central arm bushings were shot and that the rear shocks were leaking. I had been taking my car to the previous place for the past 5 years, so they had plenty of opportunities to identify these issues (I only do very low mileage each season), so I opted to have the work done by Naples Mechanics and was very pleased with the work done.

Story after frustrating story, demonstrating a lack of sincerity about their ability and equipment to solve the problem with the vehicle. I emailed a few months…read moreago to get a quote and they were very quick to get that to me and insured me they can get it done. I called in to make an appointment and was able to get in that week. I brought my car in before they opened and left my keys in the lockbox and came back to get my car after i was done at work and the exhaust was installed, they informed me of some setbacks but were able to get it installed still and charged me the original quote price which was 1/3 of what other shops quoted me. Will definitely come here in the future and have passed along the word to my family (family of 4 Audi's and a bmw), the guys i talked to were very nice and helpful and knew what they were doing.

I was worried it would get worse over time, especially at highway speeds. Jaime got me in right away, and within just a couple of hours, my car was fixed at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the results. On top of the repair, Jaime went above and beyond. He helped me find the correct part number for my broken side mirror, cleared a warning for my expired tire mobility kit, and even recommended better-performing tires for the car.
