I thought I felt a slow shift point once or twice in the last few months so I decided it was time. I was right. Artem saved and showed me how dark brown the normally pink trans fluid had become. Yuck! The Naples Volvo dealership wanted DOUBLE what Artem charges and I can guarantee you, it couldn't have been done any better. I noticed a discernable improvement on the drive home tonight from his shop and I'm sure my gas mileage will improve going forward as a result, too. And it's not just Volvo's Artem works on.....seems like nearly every foreign car is in his shop or his parking lot. So happy to have found an honest and reliable car mechanic here in Naples. Thanks again, Artem!

I had taken my 325ci to my regular place for…read moresome minor bodywork and asked them to do an oil change while it was there, which they confirmed was done on pickup. When I returned home I pulled the dipstick and the oil was obviously not fresh. I called to point out the mistake, but they doubled down and the mechanic confirmed it was done. So I found Naples Mechanics and took it there and they confirmed I was correct. While the car was on the lift, the owner also pointed out that the central arm bushings were shot and that the rear shocks were leaking. I had been taking my car to the previous place for the past 5 years, so they had plenty of opportunities to identify these issues (I only do very low mileage each season), so I opted to have the work done by Naples Mechanics and was very pleased with the work done.

I dealt with Jay who kept me informed all the way on what was required to locate the problem and whose customer service skills are second to none and as a former manager of over forty staff I can easily testify to that. For honesty, professionalism and a fair price for great work then give this team a go.

Although the employees are very courteous and polite, their lack of follow-up on their many promises to call, store manager not being available before 10:00 a.m., shop foreman being present only a few days during the last four weeks, closing everything and leaving 20 minutes early before I could finish loading my vehicle and then finding out that when I restarted the vehicle the engine light came on again (and nobody around to show the problem to), and after telling me that they have not worked on the vehicle for many days because the parts were on backorder, yesterday I was told by the service righter that now that they finally opened up the engine and saw that the chain had jumped a sprocket, they can order the parts and finish the work. Story after frustrating story, demonstrating a lack of sincerity about their ability and equipment to solve the problem with the vehicle. They have no shame about charging a hefty price, but lack in producing results. Totally frustrated, and my wallet is suffering severely (not Happy)
