Would have loved a piece of white bread or cornbread. My 14 year old granddaughter ordered fried chicken wings and was sucking the bones. She also ordered the Mac n Cheese which she said was to die for! She, too, felt the collard greens were okay but nothing to write home about. Neither of us ate our greens. We wanted to order sweet iced tea which is usually a staple in most soul food restaurants but at 2:30pm they had already run out. Also, we wanted to eat in the dining room but they said the dining room closes at 2:00pm :-( so we got our food to go and ate in the car. Mind you, it was about 90 degrees outside but we turned the air conditioning on in the car and enjoyed our lunch.
