Just picked my car up today and I can't express how haapy I am with the outcome. The staffed (Jimmy) worked with my insurance company to make sure my car was fixed properly as some damage wasn't visible. They keep me update on the process. So the first 2 experiences were good how ever this last one job was half done broke a weather strip and didn't replace a door gaurd then broke of the interior lights didn't fix it the glass on the dash was cloudy when they cleaned the car they just sprayed a ton of what ever they used it got behind the glass paid out of pocket they did me no favors didn't paint match and no I have to go somewhere else's to get it fixed i would probably Go somewhere else in the first place to avoid paying to get it done twice total hacks they really half did a whole job read more

I went to Rick's initially to fix a self-imposed scrape on my car. They were great - they provided me with all of the options that I could go with to fix it. The following weekend, I was hit by another car. I went to Rick's with the damage from that - as well as my scrape (which I hadn't started the repair on, thank goodness). They took care of everything in a seamless manner. They kept me up to date on the progress - answered all of my questions - and even included a last minute oil change and tire repair. The people working there are down-to-earth, honest (for Seinfeld fans - Rick's is the David Puddy of auto repair - honest and doesn't try to fleece you), and helpful. It's obvious that they want to give you the best service and really care about the word of mouth regarding the Rick's experience. My car looks wonderful. I live more than 30 miles from Rick's, but he was recommended to me by a good friend so I thought I'd try them out. I first took my wife's car to him after a tree bumped into her and cause some pretty good damage to the front end. Rick took the car, worked with my insurance company, and repaired the car in a couple of days. He was even able to provide me with a rental car that was also billed directly to my insurance company. The car came out like new, and that is not an exxageration. I forgot to mention that the car is a 13 year old Toyota with over 200,000 miles.ANYTHING but new! Thank you Rick's! I could not have asked for better service at Rick's after my jeep was hit while parked. My jeep came out looking great and was done in an efficient amount of time. I was even able to secure a rental vehicle on site. I feel that I have had bad luck in the past with cars and feel I get taken advantage of at the dealership either due to being female or not knowing much about cars.
