II scheduled the oil change online for a day later at noon, and waited about 90 minutes for the service. They only charged me $40 for labor and with 8 quarts of synthetic oil it was under $200, much cheaper than the dealership. I asked them to check the AdBlue diesel additive which was low so they topped it up. They also changed the battery in my key fob when I mentioned it was acting funny. I overheard several conversations with other customers while I waited and they were courteous and detailed in their explanations.
