Within ten minutes they told me they could inflate the tires and that my battery level was low. I asked them if they could replace the battery right there and they said of course. It took about half an hour for the battery to get delivered to the shop and for them to replace it! I was out of there in less than an hour. Seriously great service by these guys. They get you in and out quickly while performing high quality service on your car. Highly recommend this place for an auto repair shop.

He called me to let me know her car had also gone out of inspection, so he took care of that and a few other problems as well--keep in mind, he did ALL of this before ever even asking us for a credit card #, just based on our phone call. After, he drove the car home to my MIL, then took her back to the shop so she'd know how to get there when/if she needed anything else done. Felt like we had a member of the family helping us. However my car suffered from this place so i had taken my car to another repair shop but because of the costs i didnt want to pay 12k so speedys actually towed the car for me to their shop and said the could do it for damn near half of the other shop price. I paid roughly 6-7k to obtain a used engine with 32k miles on it . Took a while but i didnt want to rish them since it was a big job. They also replaced my catalytic converters for like 1500$ I should have just spent the 12k with theother shop because after taking it back to speedys three times because my coolant alert kept popping up and it was literally draining out of the car. I knew something was wrong . They said they didnt see anything only for the car to begin blowing out a bunch of smoke from under the engine and the check engine light came on. I literally spent an additional 8k to fix what this place messed up. I should have reported this place to the attorney general's office since the other shop stated everything wasn't even in spec . As a place that does emissions i could have had the shut down but only because they were nice i didn't make the call. I should have taken it to court but again they can read about it here on this review . I would not recommend any foreign car owner to take your car here theres clearly a lack of knowledge and understanding. I have an audi A8 btw. Never again

Our vehicle has been returned to the shop three separate times after we were told the problems had been corrected. Instead of identifying the actual issue, it felt like the shop was guessing at the problem and having us purchase parts that ultimately were not needed. At one point, we were told the vehicle needed a fuse box, that it would be expensive, and that the repair would take a significant amount of time. We purchased the part after the shop confirmed it was the correct one. When we were notified that the vehicle was finally repaired, we let them know we would be picking it up. After my husband got off work, we arrived after 10:00 to retrieve the car. While the vehicle started, we immediately discovered a new issue--the air conditioner and heater would not turn on. The display read "Climate Off," and none of the climate control buttons were functional. Prior to bringing our vehicle to this shop, the heating and air conditioning system worked perfectly. With temperatures exceeding 90 degrees, it is hard to believe the vehicle was properly tested before we were called to pick it up. A basic quality check should have revealed that the climate control system was completely inoperable. It is disappointing to see what appears to be a decline in the quality of workmanship and customer service. The parking lot is consistently full of vehicles, and the shop continues accepting new repairs, yet it seems the vehicles already in their care are not receiving the attention needed to ensure repairs are completed correctly before being returned to customers. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I hope they take steps to improve their diagnostic process, quality control, and overall customer service so other customers do not have to go through the same frustrating experience.

After my vehicle was serviced, my seat came back damaged and pulled apart near the controls. The damage was NOT there before my appointment. I contacted the shop multiple times trying to speak with the manager, but my calls were never returned. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, the receptionist accused me of causing the damage myself. As a long-time customer, I expected much better customer service and accountability. This situation also reminded me of previous concerns about pricing. For example, charging around $60 to replace a basic air filter that costs about $10 and takes only minutes to install felt excessive. Very disappointed with how this was handled. I simply wanted honesty, professionalism, and responsibility taken for the damage done to my vehicle. And please do not respond to this review acting concerned now.
