For the love of god don't go here if you value your time or money or anything. I brought my car here for transmission work after seeing they provided rentals and free diagnostics. Their diagnostics consisted of driving it around in the parking lot for a few minutes and then giving me a $3900-$6000 estimate. The "rental" car they gave me was an old, barely running car that was disgusting, came with trash in it, smelled like it was made of cigarettes, and had a rejection inspection sticker on it. It clunked when it drove and started having flashing dashboard lights after the first day. After calling repeatedly requesting to swap rental cars, and half the time not even being able to get through to anyone, they kept telling me to come in to swap. I left work early multiple days in a row to swap cars and every time when I got there was told they didn't have anything. This was after speaking with them the same day and them telling me that they had a car available. They apparently saw nothing wrong with expecting me to continue driving a basically illegal car on the road. They also had my car for a week and had done zero work on it. The initial timeframe estimate was 1-2 weeks. After the first week it changed to 2-3 weeks. I went to pick up my car to take elsewhere because at this point I was beyond done with them. My deposit refund was given to me via check, which they wrote my name backwards on and when my bank called to verify the check from them they spent two weeks telling my bank I was not the payee. It took another week of going back and forth with them and my bank trying to get my money back. This place is beyond unprofessional and clueless. I'm baffled that they are still an open, operating business.

Too late to complete the work done. Bad service and couldn't trust their words because of keeping change their promises. What's. Unkind.

Fletcher's Towing is the only company you should be calling to tow your vehicle!…read more I was stranded on a Saturday night with mother's day being the next day. He dropped everything he was doing to come get my car where it needed to go! He is thoughtful and treats your car exactly how he would to his own. I always have peace of mind and trust for my Corvette to get handled perfectly. It is very inexpensive for the quality of work. Look no further and give them a call! John

This is a five star review so you already know my thoughts, but after speaking with Chris today I…read morethink it's important to go into a bit more detail. For any company out there HOW they do business is just as important as whether they do a good job. Read on. I'll try to entertain you along the way I promise. I don't know jack about cars. It's not my thing and never has been and I always feel like an idiot when something goes wrong because while it would probably be a good idea to learn what makes my car go VROOM VROOM life is too short and I have other things I'd like to spend my time on. So one day I wake up and my car won't VROOM or even turn on. Crap. It's stuck in the drive way and there's no easy way to jump it in the position it's in. How do I even jump a car? ::Googles how to jump a car:: "Jumping your car might lead to injury death and maybe destruction of electrical equipment/starter" oh nice great easy I'll pass thanks. I called a few shops, some big, some small. All of them tell me it's an alternator problem based on the dash lights, age of the car, etc. I'm told I shouldn't try and jump it because it could die at any moment which might lead to me dying any moment so just have the car towed and they'll do some diagnostic work on it. My BS detector starts perking up but again, not a car guy. I look on yelp and see that Sam's is pretty close to where I live so I put out a request for a quote. Yelp told me they would send it to a few people I said sure fine whatever. Within a few minutes I get a message from Chris asking for some details about what's wrong with my car. I tell him it won't start and relay what the shops told me. He gave me a quote and said he could squeeze me in sometime today (we spoke yesterday evening). Oh I also got an automated message from another towing company this morning, and the third one never bothered to respond. Fast forward to this morning Chris shows up at my house and immediately pulls out a jump kit to get my car started to rule out the alternator problem. Why? He's the guy towing my car why does he care....? It starts and stays start-ed. He tells me to skip the shop and go to advanced auto where they can test my battery and throw a new one in because it's definitely not my alternator. (I also googled what an alternator was because cars are ::waves hands:: made of magic or something). There was a service charge for him to come out which I felt was more than fair for the amount of money he saved me. Turns out it was just a dead battery most likely from the heat and not going anywhere/working from home. He could have made more for towing me a mile down the road and let the mechanic figure it out but he didn't. That is....so important these days. In the business I'm in, integrity is in short supply (Real Estate. Don't even get me started), and honestly it seems like it's in short supply everywhere. Nobody is honest with each other and it's very rare you come across people, let alone business owners, that aren't trying to skin you alive and pull a fast one on you to make an extra buck. Chris didn't do that. He was professional and honest. I know he wasn't trying to just fix the issue so he could cut and run to the next job. We sat and spoke for a bit while the car ran just to make sure it wouldn't abruptly die. After he left I almost felt like I ripped him off for not ripping me off. Is that weird? That's weird isn't it. Anyway five stars A+ would definitely call him for any future towing needs and you should too.

Let me first start off by saying NOONE likes to come outside to see that their car is gone and has…read morebeen towed. That was my daughter's experience recently. Never have we experienced this before and didn't know what to do. It started with a simple call to the company. The gentleman was VERY professional and respectful as he explained the rules and the steps we needed to take to get our vehicle. We find out the only person that could pick-up the car was the person that it was registered to. This was a little complicated because the person that the car was registered to was out of town on vacation. The office staff helped us through the process every step of the way. Something I am deeply grateful for. I write all of this to say...it wasn't the tow truck companies fault that our car was parked in a lot that was monitored for towing. This day and time, we like to blame someone else for OUR actions. If you find yourself in this situation as we were, one suggestion I have for you is to BREATHE. On Time Towing will ease your mind (maybe not your headache due to stress that you caused) and help you through the process. Kuddos On Time Towing for an Atta-boy of job well done.

I would give 0 stars if I could…read more My vehicle was wrongfully towed from my apartment complex by On Time Towing for allegedly being parked in a fire lane. The problem? My apartment complex has confirmed that I was not parked in a fire lane. The fire lane is on the roadway itself, but there are designated parking spaces in front of it where my vehicle was legally parked. I even provided documentation from my apartment complex along with photos showing exactly where my car was parked. Instead of trying to understand the situation, the man I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive from the start. Even after I presented evidence showing the tow was a mistake, he continued insisting I was in the wrong. When I informed him I intended to pursue legal action, his response was that they have "hundreds of lawsuits," as if that somehow made this situation acceptable. He also refused to provide the owner's name, despite that information being publicly available. The only positive part of this experience was the woman working in the office. She was kind, respectful, and professional. Unfortunately, that was the only bright spot in an otherwise terrible experience. I will be pursuing this matter further and reaching out to local news outlets because I believe consumers deserve to know what they're dealing with. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if at all possible.
