Rick is a stand up guy. We had original shutters in our house and wanted the same shutters for 2 of our windows to maintain continuity. It's quite difficult to find these old shutters but Rick had a set he removed from another customer and provided a matching set for us. Surprisingly, Rick went out of his way to get back in touch with us and let us know what he found. His knowledge base is amazing and this is someone you definitely need to meet. I called Rick for an estimate to install shutters. They were installed 6 weeks later. Rick was on time for all the appointments. Rick is really friendly and professional. I wish all the vendors I deal with are as reliable as Rick. As the shutters, the house is so much cooler with the shutters. I had closed off all the shutters in one room but left them all open in another room to compare the effectiveness of the shutters in blocking out the heat. Makes a big difference.
