Rick is a stand up guy. We had original shutters in our house and wanted the same shutters for 2 of our windows to maintain continuity. It's quite difficult to find these old shutters but Rick had a set he removed from another customer and provided a matching set for us. Surprisingly, Rick went out of his way to get back in touch with us and let us know what he found. His knowledge base is amazing and this is someone you definitely need to meet. He's born and raised in the area and a retired fire fighter. Hes a stand up guy and went out of his way to help us even though we didnt purchase a new set of shutters or blinds.
