Perhaps not THE best Carwash I've ever been to, but they do a solid job for a fair price. I got a full service wash of my BMW X5 for just $16, with NO up-charge like most places add on for an SUV. The pretty cashier was very pleasant and she took another $2 off because I came in before 9:30 AM on a weekday. I would not have known if she didn't do it, and how can you complain about an inside & out car wash with tire dressing for just $14??? Then, after I absent-mindedly left $12 cash behind when I went to the restroom, the money was returned to me before I left the business. Honesty always impresses me in the world we now live. All-in-all a damn good experience. I suggest the grumpy people that previously reviewed WetDog give it another shot and try smiling and tipping generously. Once I got to my next location and got out I noticed the hood had little dry spots in many areas, I then inspected the entire car. This is a new vehicle with no paint issues at all. I immediately went back. Speaking to some young guy (James Rice) stating he was the manager-I really didn't want to see him, he politically explained procedure of going back thru ' when the issue is very eye catching--this place spotted my hood and top' and it wasn't this way prior to coming here. Once I at their request went thru again, another individual was obviously contacted ( Rob Hide ) manager, at the time of his arrival the vehicle had just came out and he to notice the spotted paint. I maintained my sanity and he was calm and polite 'more so than that young kid' ...they wiped and wiped even I assisted with areas they had neglected--but the problem was still there. This place has gotten progressively worst, below minimum quality of work since my last visit 5 years ago operating with just four people. Once going thru the wash you sit for unreasonable amount of time and snail maneuver to the very end. During such time wash shampoo and chemical had settled on my paint 'a brand new vehicle' that's the only possible logic. Now we go legal!!!! Photos don't lie. They don't deserve a rating!! Do not waste your time going to this place and if you do inspect your vehicle.

It was then that I was told by a very nasty worker by the name of Mentheas or matteas, that they "were going home because they are closed". I stayed and explained to two kind female workers that I had just paid over $24 for a car wash and expected my car to be hand dried and tire shine placed on my tires. The man continued to talk about how they were closed and even told his coworkers not to provide the service for me. If they were closed, why take my money and let me go through the car wash and refuse to provided a service that is included with my car wash? Very poor customer service to tell a paying customer who visits weekly this.

When the technician got there he was rude and grumpy. Now I get it was raining and there was snow on the ground, so I would let that alone go. But when he opened my hatchback trunk to get my spare some snow fell on his socket wrench heads and he dumped them out of the case to get the snow off. While he was putting his socket wrench heads back (he used his power tool to completely tighten the lug nuts down BTW, which you should never do) he shook one out and it flew out of his hand and hit me solidly in the ankle while I was standing nearby. I would normally not mind that either, it was an accident. HOWEVER, he pretended like nothing happened, didn't even acknowledge that he had hurt me. I had 3 other friends there to witness that he did see what had happened. He said nothing at all, finished up, and left. It's been 2 days now and my ankle is still swollen with a hard lump where it hit me. It still really hurts, and I'm getting a little concerned the it's more than just a bruise. I scheduled an appointment with a doctor tomorrow to see what damage was done. I don't think it's broken, but it might be a bone bruise. I wouldn't use this company ever again and I might have to take legal action if this gets costly to treat on my own. At least it was free through my insurance. Actually, I guess it cost me my foot's motor function, which is too steep a price if you ask me.

besides the great reviews it's genuinely extremely overpriced here for the bad work they do they…read morecharged me big money for a two door wasn't a problem if the job was done well done, it wasn't my back window was extremely bubbly and both my doors were bubbly and peeling and even my windshield so basically my whole car was as if they had a new guy do it, I called the shop and they said i had a full warranty i show up they have some guy take my car in who looks extremely frustrated that he has to do the job as he's opening my car, they give me back my car windshield tint somewhat fixed still left a massive stripe in my tint around my mirror and back window is definitely bubbly the did fully replace my right side door though and the person who did it did a amazing job and it looks nothing like the rest of the car almost not sure if this was a training issue but it wasted tons of my time for nothing
