Then not 10 minutes after I dropped it off, they're calling me to tell me I needed additional parts to complete my alignment. After the list of items they quoted me the total came to 15 hundred dollars! You're on your own and you have to be graced with their service if"trying to work you in" or waiting a week to get a scheduled appointment. I was thanked by them for the way I treated them the day before.... But when they instigate issues, they expect you to just take it.
