Stopped by for a post-dinner drink after hearing the music from The Quite Pour and I can't tell you if they made the experience or our waiter Brendan. They both made the ambiance perfect and the drinks were top notch. A wine flight made this memorable and the little kitchen right by your table inside would be a fun experience. All around highly recommend and you won't be disappointed here!

Ricky's wine bar is a fabulous new spot near old colonial Williamsburg. If you're like me and love hanging out in the area this is a must drop in place! Wine bar already had my attention, and the location can't be beat. The wait staff were on their game and eager to serve. I loved my conversation with the owner Ricky, who is originally from Florence Italy. I only enjoyed the wine this time around but look forward to enjoying the food fair. The wine and cocktail menu were definitely well thought out. My only complaint is that they open late in the day, what is a wandering wine connoisseur to do?

These people are so kind & passionate about food & wine! Lyn our server was friendly. Rick the owner & Chef is legit! This quaint former office space has been thoughtfully renovated with a small food prep area in the dining room where you can watch as Rick & his assistant prepare your dishes. It's really a foodie's frontier with Chef Rick's food artistry! We had the wine flights-Rose' for myself & Italy for Hubby. The Bruschetta Toscana was robust & paired well with most of the wine we tasted. The Burrata(a different type of cheese w/a slightly firm exterior & soft interior) was refreshing & light atop shaved pickled carrots and pesto adorned with pomegranate kernals. It was a classy escape from the record heat during our shopping in Williamsburg.

What a GEM! Stopped by to checkout this new place and we are so happy we did! The 4 of us sat at the bar for drinks. Bartender Matt was awesome and made great cocktails for us...old fashioned, mule and Aperol Spritz. We also tried the Italian Wine flight. They have a limited food menu but Extensive drink menu! We met the owner Ricky who was wonderful. We tried the pepperoni pizza and cannelloni and all were BELLISIMO. They are starting music next week and have their schedule on their website. I definitely can't wait to return!

This was a highlight of our Williamsburg trip!…read more I made a reservation about a month out and I'm glad I did. It was so busy when we showed up. They asked us if we wanted to wait for a few minutes at the bar while they prepared our table so we ordered a couple of drinks. As soon as we ordered they came to get us. No big deal, we just paid and took our drinks with us. We were sat toward the front of the restaurant, which gave us the perfect people-watching position. Our server stopped by to greet us and said she'd be back. Waters and bread were delivered and she oriented us to the menu. We made our selections of salmon for my husband and short ribs with a side of squash. Everything was delicious. We were happy with our selections and so full when we left. I appreciate that the short ribs are boneless and tender and had the perfect seasoning. I'd eat that dish again anytime!

Everything was incredibly delicious. The entire restaurant is spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff was very helpful and took the time to explain the menu. I stopped by on a rainy day around 1PM, so it was super quiet (which I loved). Our waitress was a gem. She let us try a few wine options before we decided what we wanted to order. I ordered a glass of rosé and the Greek board, and both hit the spot. The rosé was crisp and refreshing, which was perfect for a humid day. I paired it with the Greek board, which had all the Mediterranean favorites. A generous amount of pita, olives, hummus, feta and grapes! I'm a sucker for a good Med plate. Whether you're looking to have a girls day, a casual date, find a new spot to work from, or just pop in for a light lunch and glass of wine, Tinto is the spot. I look forward to visiting the VB location!

Tonight we were a party of 6 and each went with the Five Course Meal selection. One of the best meals to memory. Everyone one pleased with their selections and as I recall every plate was cleared. We had Axel as our server and he was knowledgeable and very efficient. The decor is beautiful throughout. At one point we noticed every table was seated and thought the volume did get elevated at one point it was brought back down to a moderate level. It was a wonderful evening dining together with friends and everyone left satisfied. I'll let my photos do the talking. Check out that Strawberry Cheesecake! Wow We will definitely be back. For starters I got the French onion soup which came out in about 20 minutes. Soup was very solid and had more of a purée taste which was surprisingly good. I got the fillet which came with a peppercorn glaze (amazing!) and crispy potato pie. Fillet was cooked to correct medium rare temperature and tasted delicious! For desert, I got the cheesecake with raspberry! It was really rich and delicious! The raspberry puree provided a nice tart taste to go alongside the sweetness! They brought out crackers and spreadable cheese which was a nice surprise. The fresh hot mini rolls were so good with salted butter. Lorna warned us not to eat too many of the snacks before and to save room for dinner. We got salads with blue cheese which was homemade. You can really appreciate a homemade dressing because it was thick and flavorful which made the crisp greens even better. I had a kettle one orange cosmo which was perfect. Not too much alcohol and shaken to perfection. There were many cocktail options and a great selection too of wines to choose from. Hubby tried a Negroni but didn't love it. (Didn't care for the gin) I asked for a different bourbon manhattan and they didn't charge us which was super nice of them. I had my New York strip medium with a baked potato. Hubby got the porterhouse also with baked potato and a side of broccoli. The steaks were cooked exactly how we asked for them. They came with a tray of sour cream, fresh bacon bits and chives for our baked Potatoes. So nice to have that service at the table. We were too full to order dessert, but Lorna brought out a small dish of ice cream a/ brownie and a candle to sing for hubby's birthday. From start to finish, an excellent meal with amazing service and a down home feel.

The food, as it should be is the star of the show. I ordered the Duck, which was the best duck I've had at a restaurant in a very long time. Some places can over cook it in an attempt to get that crispy skin, but here it was cooked to perfection. The skin was crispy, meat flavorful and juicy, and not overly greasy. The sweet potato puree was excellent and elevated the meal. The drinks menu was really good. Our friends are Wine Connessiuers and we're impressed with the selection. Not a Connessiuer myself, though I do enjoy a nice red every now and then, our selection was really good. This has been high on my "want to try" for a long time and finally saw an opportunity with an available reservation, went for it and am so happy I did. I dined solo, which I rarely do, but this was the perfect place for it. It was apparent that most people dining were regulars. The owner was chatting with just about everyone and diners were popping over to other tables to say hello, as well. Felt like a very small town. Service was perfect - not overbearing, but perfectly timed for a good flow throughout dinner. Their menu changes often, so some of the items I loved, may not be available - but it does seem like their fried oysters are a mainstay and holy moly, they were delicious. I had one cocktail - I believe it was called Watermelon Sugar. It had vodka, aperol and fresh watermelon. Refreshing and smooth. I tried two apps: the fried oysters and the bao buns. Both were fantastic. Perfectly prepared, so much flavor. I think that next time, I would stick to the appetizer section and try many rather than getting an entree. I got the scallops, which were delicious, but the apps wow-ed me more. Prices aren't low, but you get what you pay for - really high quality dishes with lots of thought and execution embedded. I don't say this lightly - this has been added to my top 10 list in all of Hampton Roads!
