It offers dining in, takeout, delivery, and catering. My husband and I ate one lunch here. Employees promptly and kindly served us. Two small tables were available. After a reasonable wait, our foods were brought to our table. Here are my ratings for our foods: Polish Platter - 4.2 stars - I received three pierogies (4.5 stars, handmade in their Irwin location; I chose the potato-cheese flavor), one stuffed cabbage (4.5 stars), and haluski (3.5 stars, wide thick noodles). 4-cut Chicken Parmesan Pizza - 4 stars - This small pizza had a thick crust, a good sauce, little cheese, and an interesting flavor of chicken parmesan. The total price for these two foods plus a bottle of water was $25 plus tax and tip.

There is something different and special about an Italian restaurant in Western PA. It's just better. More delicious and more hospitable. Carmine's is the perfect example. As mentioned in other reviews, Carmine's smells amazing. It will be crowded, so either arrive early or be prepared to wait. It's worth it. Everything our party ordered was terrific--zucchini planks, cheesy bread (from Enrico's), polenta, eggplant parm, and even an outstanding version of a Pittsburgh steak salad with that famous Carmine's dressing. So good! Great portion size for the price (50% cheaper than Connecticut). I also agree with reviewers who consider the marinara to be a tad too sweet, but that's up to your personal taste. It's still delicious. Carmine made a personal appearance at our table and was super hospitable. We could not have enjoyed the experience any more than we did. We will be back to Carmine's every time we are in Latrobe.

What better way to experience Steelers Training Camp with a local restaurant hosting a food…read moretruck... Carmine's had a food truck at St. Vincent College for Steelers Training Camp and their pizza filled the entire lot with a delicious aroma!! Even from their truck, the pizza was phenomenal. The crust was so fresh and perfectly baked with that brick oven flavor! Cheese and sauce had so much flavor and... well... pepperoni is always the best topping. Even cooler... this was the only food truck that leaned into the Steelers vibe with banners to greet guests into their pop up tent. Oh... and a pop up tent for guests to get out of the sun.. talk about putting the customer first!! I will have to come back and give Carmine's brick and mortar a try now to!

No wonder Dave Portnoy gave them an 8.2! We also picked up three frozen dough balls to bring the experience home, plus a black and white cookie that was seriously delicious. Next visit we're definitely trying the gelato -- saw it in the case and it's calling our name. Service was friendly, fast, and can't be beat. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and it's clear they run a tight ship -- respect goes both ways here, and that's exactly how it should be. Highly recommend if you're in the area. We'll be back!

The pizzeria is situated by itself and located just up the road from the Penn Trafford high school and the Penn Township Municipal park - Because of the speed and quality, I think it would be worth the drive from those locations to here to pick up a few pizzas for teams to eat between games. The owner is awesome, and answered all of my son's MANY questions about the pizza making and the restaurant, too. Overall, this is a great place to eat

Their slices are very big, I could eat two and be full. I got a variety today, but my favorite would have to be the pepperoni and mushroom. The sausage was nice too because they slice it into coins, which I don't find often at other pizza joints. Their crust is thin but not too thin and luscious towards the handle. Yes, that's what I'll be calling the outer pizza crust from now on! It's flavorful, not gummy, and crispy. My only complaint is that it's so thin that the center of the pizza gets real floppy and toppings can't hold on! The sauce and cheese are also very good, and in good proportion to the crust. They also provide good customer service here without even asking for it. When I picked up my order, they told me that there was a hole in one of the slices when it went into the oven so they offered me a slice on the house to make up for it! I was more than happy with that and honestly, I opened the pizza and didn't even find the issue they were talking about. This is the best pizza in Greensburg and beats a lot of Pittsburgh places as well!
