Stopped here while in town on a Saturday. We saw signs for it multiple times and after going to an exhibit said we would try it. It wasn't busy at all, only one other table in the dining lounge. We placed an order after struggling with trying to order. Diet soda ("they sell out early") wasn't an option. We ordered bruschetta and two pies. After placing the order our waitress told us the manager wasn't there and he was the only one capable of making bruschetta. Ok? It's diced tomatoes on toast? So we got cheese sticks instead. They came out pretty quick - and reminded me of Red Lobster cheese sticks. Marinara was really runny but still good. Then we waited I would guess 35minutes for pizza. One a pepperoni and one a chicken parm pizza. The pepperoni was CHARRED on one half. The chicken parm looked fine. I am almost positive I have NEVER sent back a pizza (on dine-in) but I couldn't accept the charred one. So I asked if we could just get rid of it and not get charged. Manager came out and said it should have never been bright out to us and if we wanted another. Given how long we had already been there I asked how long and was told 6 minutes. So I said ok. Now - if you're paying attention - I was told the manager wasn't there bc we didn't get bruschetta and if a pizza only takes 6 minutes why had 40 minutes already went by to get ours? The waitress took the pizza charge off totally which I appreciated. We asked for the replacement to go in a box so we could take our leftovers and have a few slices. It came out and wasn't bad - pepperoni very sausage-like with natural spices in the meat. The chicken parm was good a chicken was more large boneless chicken pieces. Overall good. The dining room was quiet - the lamps over tables were in red/orange light - which is why the ohotos look like we ate in a photographers dark room. Overall this was ok. read more

Every once in a while, you get the three strikes. Came in to order, sat down, place was easy to get to and be seated, clean etc. No diet soda? No bruschetta Burnt pizza. Luckily the staff was super nice and accommodating as well as the chicken parm pizza being really great! read more

We visited tonight after being ignored sitting at Jioio's for over a half an hour. We ate in, and it's such a nice atmosphere! My daughter loved the neon pizza decor. The woman working there could not have been nicer. We really enjoyed her, and she was a great server. We ordered pizza, breadsticks, cheesesticks and wings. Everything was beyond delicious. They use a really good cheese, and the crust is *chef's kiss*!! Soo good! We had a lot of leftovers, and she didn't hesitate to bring us to go sauce for our breadsticks...and it was warm! Ordered 2 pizzas for pickup. Excellent! Will purchase again! Lots of toppings (one pizza had jalapeños, extra cheese and pepperoni, and the other was mushrooms, green peppers and pepperoni). Some of the pepperoni was under the cheese, so If that's not your forte then you may want to ask for them not to do that. Overall very good pizza and recommend! read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would. A good pizza starts with a good crust, Baldy's is perfect, not too thin with a good chew. They're very generous with their toppings too. The burgers and fries are incredible, as are their subs; again, it starts with a great bread. The salads are great too. Everything we've ever eaten there has been so very fresh and flavorful; we've honestly never had anything disappoint us. The staff is pretty great too, always super friendly and helpful and great to spend the evening dining in with. June 25 I placed an order around 8:20 pm for chicken basket, fried dough and a drink. I received the delivery within the time frame. When I opened the container there was no chicken tenders, just fries. I called Baldys and told the lady that originally took the order and she said that they are closed and for me to call the following morning and they would take care of it. i asked to speak to the manager but she stated none were there. I requested that she call the manager and have him or her call me back. She said she would and I never received a call back. Totally unacceptable!!! Incompetent staff and poor customer service. Today I called and he wanted to act like I was stupid when I repeated what I wanted. Yes, a hamburger and a cheeseburger. I repeated a hamburger and he was a complete jackass. The pizza is very close to being good, the problem is the pizza has a chemical taste going on, like it's being cooked in a cheap oven. For the price, it just doesn't work. PIzza was good and delivery was on time. Only negative is that I asked for the wings to be well done and instead they were barely done ! Almost to the point I was afraid to eat them. I have lived in Greensburg practically my whole life and I am a fan of different types of pizza. I prefer a thin crust, with a sweet sauce. Locally- Jioios has been one of my favorites as well as Parkwood. But, I have to admit- they both have some competition! Last evening, I ordered a 6 cut/cheese pizza from "Baldy's". First of all- presentation means a lot. It is the first introduction that the customer has with the product. My initial thoughts were that the pizza looked inviting. I was impressed! My husband and I stumbled across Baldy's about 2 months ago. Since then we order delivery 1-2 times a week. We have tried several menu items and loved all of them ( pizza, subs, burgers, wings and more). Delivery drivers are very nice and courteous and the food always arrives quickly and hot. I have to say this is one of the best pizzas in Greensburg when its good. The problem is that it is not consistent at all. I have had everything pizza perfection to burnt garbage. Employes are hit or miss too. I have had it all from the kindest customer service ever to being called a lier for someone mistaking my order! Unfortunately the bad burnt pies and sour employes are more frequent than not. That being said I have to give it to them when the right people are working and the pie is not burnt. Whoaaaaaaaa!! Wait a minute here... this is not gourmet pizza. Crust is good, but not great. The toppings are good , but I couldn't find them. I got a whole lg pizza with 1 whole topping , 1 half. 2 cups of soup. 26 bucks and change! For 30 bucks I can get 2 steak dinners and a dessert ! Just to put things into perspective. Maybe they are thinking it's a weekend when people are ordering from the bar next door, the Rialto. You know your drinking and not paying attention to what they are charging because you don't want to look like a cheap ass in front of the girl your buying a drink for and eventually you get a table. You start to order food, a couple more rounds of drinks and you get a deer in the headlights look when you get the bill. So their waitstaff gets a shitty tip because this place has their menu prices too high.
