I almost always get the pesto noodles: my favorite is with chicken, but with steak, or with a fried potato is good, too. Turns out we like the flavor of Incas. Service is always good, the place is usually 1/2 to 2/3 full. We like the decor, especially the gazebo in the parking lot as we pull up. I was not able to substitute the white rice that comes with the Mariscada Inka with the Chaufa unfortunately, but I was able to swap it for salad and add my Chaufa as a side dish. My friends both ordered the skirt steak and pesto pasta entree, I was able to taste it and it was also amazing! I think it's very hard to get something bad on the menu here.
