We've been wanting try this place for a while and finally made the trip. We both how Lomo saltado and then decided to order the wings too. Wings were delicious crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Lomo saltado was good too, the only thing I wish I could have fries on the side since I don't like them soggy.

We love the Freakin Incan. The staff are lovely, attentive but not overbearing. The restaurant is clean and cute. Everything we have tried here has been delicious. I confess to think about the Yuka Frita's from here far too often. The three dipping sauces with come with them are super good. Casa De Cameron is a cold appetizer that's so good I eat it as a meal. Cameron Saltado, or any Saltado on the menu would be delicious. The 'stir fry sauce' is unbelievably good. Apparently you can buy a bottle of it to go too. Please come and try this restaurant for yourself. There are many many meat options which we didn't try but I am certain they would be just as good as the seafood dishes we order.

Service was polite. Food was fresh and filling. Its hard for me to rate because I think it was objectively good but maybe just not my personal vibe/preferences.

Excellent food and service. We split the chicken saltado, made gluten free, and added a side of plantains. It was perfect. The restaurant is beautiful, and everything was so nice.

The camaron ceviche we started with was delicious!! For entrées, we got the Lomo saltado (wok stir fried filet mignon with onion, tomato and fries with a side of rice)- that was yummy! Also, we got the Sudado de Pescado (swai fish in black mussel broth with onions and tomatoes). Very tasty! -For dessert, we shared a flan. -We will definitely come back!! Great new find for us and it definitely deserves all the great reviews I was hearing from friends!

We basically had a good experience at The Freakin Incan in Roswell. Our server Edson was friendly and attentive. He checked on us frequently. The interior is decorated with many images of llamas. This creates a festive and friendly environment. My guest enjoyed the Pollo Saltado dish. The vegetables tasted fresh and the chicken was very flavorful. We initially started with the Papa a la Huancaina from the Street Food portion of the menu. It contained sliced russett potatoes, spicy creamy Ajì pepper sauce, with an egg and olive garnish. The sauce was mildly spicy but my guest found it to be too spicy. We might consider the Papa Rellena next time. While the food was good, and clearly everyone in the restaurant was enjoying the cuisine, I did not care for some of the flavor offerings. For example, many of the entrees included cilantro green rice. I have never liked cilantro, so I substituted with the white rice. If you love cilantro, then this definitely would be a place to try. If you are looking for authentic Peruvian food, then this is a great place to visit. I personally prefer the flavors of their sister restaurant, the Flippin Chicken, where the Peruvian style wings are some of the best I've ever had. Salud

I went to the movies and when I left I was very hungry. I did a quick research and this place had 4.5 stars so it was a quick sale. I came in and I was greeted and I told the bartender that I was ready to order. She took my order, got my water and then I had to wait. I ran out of water and I had to wait some more. The bartender seemed to be all over. The bar, the tables, running the food and clearing and cleaning tables. The service was all over the place but the food was amazing! The flavor and the texture was on point. If only the service was a good as the food! Maybe it is that way because the owner started with a food truck. Not sure why but there is room for improvement on the service. The restaurant had plenty of TVs to watch every game available. The decor is good and the restaurant is very spacious!

Good place to meet up with friends and grab a quick bite before the movie! Service was attentive and helpful. Ambience is rustic, although a smaller space they make the the most of it! Drinks and food were delicious!

Loved this place. It's near my sisters house (who I'm visiting). Now I want to try Peruvian places where I live. We had fantastic service. And all ordered the lomo saltado - the flavors of this steak dish with marinated onions, tomatoes and French fries (yup), with rice, were amazing. So tasty. I'd come again for sure.

I really like the vibes of the restaurant, it's a large space and the decoration is cute. The waiters are really nice. I ordered the Seco de Res and although it's a little on the pricey side in my opinion, I thought it was worth it for the amount of food they gave. It came with three large chunks of meat, cooked perfectly. They tore apart easily. I will say though I was a little disappointed in the overall flavor of the dish. The entire dish was undersalted, which I'm fine with, I'd rather too little salt than too much. It's not a big deal, I just added a bit more salt. However, the whole dish just tasted kind of bland. The beans tasted like nothing and were lukewarm, which kind of threw me off a bit. At least the beef was piping hot but again, in terms of flavor, it just tasted like it lacked spices. I asked for aji sauce and the waitress came back with two different kinds. They were delicious and added a lot more flavor to the dish, however, not sure how authentic they were (I've been to Peru before). But honestly, that doesn't matter that much to me because I still thought they were delicious. I had leftovers and it still tasted good the next day! I would come back here again and try their ceviche or their arroz con pollo

As you enter is a very warm ambiance, my husband and I sat on the bar since we wanted to grab a quick bite before catching a movie, the service was wonderful, the bartender was very warm and nice and the mojito I had was delicious. I had some knowledge on Peruvian food but hadn't really tried much, certainly had never tried the Causa de Camarón before but even at the first bite it was clear this was AMAZING! Extremely tasty and balanced so well the potatoes and shrimp with the sauce that topped it, just delish! I am familiar with ceviche, I absolutely love ceviche and this one was definitely on my top 5! I will definitely come back with more time to try more things!

We had the most delicious meal here! We love Peruvian food and have found good ones and some that are very mid. FI is just....! The Yucca fries are perfect! The ceviche was light and lemony and refreshing. My son had the chicken and cilantro rice, and my husband and I couldn't resist "helping" him finish. My husband had the beef stew. I can't remember the name, but it was covered in these lovely beans. We ordered flan and plantains for dessert - wonderful! We were happy and everything was so fresh and delicious. Lovely meal, not too heavy. If you love Peruvian, or have never tried it, just go! You will not be disappointed in these fresh, tantalizing flavors.

They deserve more business! I do see they have google reviews - Great reviews w more pictures. The food was great! I do wish they'd put descriptions of each food item so it's easy to understand what's in things. I had to ask about each item, and she told me. As well as prices- not listed w pic menu. FOOD: We ordered the Baleada Especial-- homemade baleada tortillas (so good!), grilled steak, eggs, cheese, refried beans/ puréed beans of some sort, sour cream maybe, avocado, spices. A mix between a bigger taco and quesadilla. It came with two in an order, for about $10. But she said I could order just one also if we wanted. We got two to share and they were very tasty and the handmade tortillas were amazing. I'd love to try other items next time, like the 'Tacos de pollo' -- they look like big taquitos loaded w good stuff on top. Their other items all look good as well (see my pics). The lady was very nice and helpful. Bilingual. The lady cooking was very sweet, always smiling. They also have breakfast. Honduran food is different from Mexican food, or other types of Latin food, for those new to it. Very delicious and something new to try! They had one picnic table outside by the bus. I loved the art painted on the bus as well. I hope they get more noticed!

My wife's family is from Dallas, TX, and my brother lives in Austin. So, I am no stranger to Texas BBQ. The center of Texas BBQ is brisket, where you either go big or go home. When I got to Sean's large, shiny and modern trailer, and ordered, he asked me whether I'd like it from the flat or point. I chose the point, for its succulence. He pulled out a whole brisket, sliced it in two between the sections, and cut a thick slice out of the point side. It had a beautiful smoke ring, and was the most tender and flavorful and juicy brisket either my wife or I had ever had. The Salt Lick, near Austin, TX was previously the undisputed champion, but no longer. We also had the pastrami, which is not something you normally see offered at BBQ places, though it is a natural fit. For those who haven't had it, Pastrami is corned beef that has been peppered on the outside and then smoked. It is a flavor bomb. Again, I got a choice of the flat or point, and it was so smoky, tender and juicy that we were giggling as we ate it. Top notch. We also tried a half rack of spare ribs. These too were meaty, smoky, juicy and so tender that the bones fell from the meat, and you had to make an effort to find the cartilage because it too was as tender as the meat. These had zero sauce on them, though you could squirt some on if you wanted to; but they didn't need it at all. We also got a horseshoe-shaped link of the home-made sausage. Made with jalapeno and cheddar, it was a bit too aggressively flavored for us. Certainly not bad, but I prefer a mellower, long-smoked sausage to this. Choices I did not try this week, but looked good, included pulled pork, thick-cut pork steaks, ancho slaw, and mac & queso. You can pre-order on the web site, or get there early on Saturdays, to get the full selection. The choices change each week, though I suspect that some things are staples. Check out their Facebook page for the weekly choices. I know I'll be back.

My only complaint is they aren't always so easy to find (btw, not worth docking them a star for this). Fatty (and wife) are like the Rogers and Hammerstein of food trucks. Their food is like a 3-act play and it's full of wonderful tunes along the way. Let's start with the opener: Act 1 - Potato Knish: This can best be described as a mashed potato turnover. They can be large, small, round, square...the ultimate Jewish snack food. You can get it with spinach and cheese or pepperoni for extra, but why mess with a classic. I like mine with a little salt and sauce (mustard works for me, but there is also Fatty's special spicy sauce). Yummmmmm. You cannot go wrong here. Fried taters. Yes please. Act 2 - The Dogs: Okay, I could go on and on here and they all have names and things that come on them, but I will tell you what I have had and I loved them both (and please don't ask me for names). A dog with peppers and onions (OMG, to die for) and a dog with mustard and slaw on top. Their slaw is creamy and crunchy - two things slaw should always be. Their dogs are all-beef Sabrett hot dogs and juicy and delicious. And Act 3 - Cannolis: Traditional cannolis with the chocolate chips dipped on the ends. Fabulous crunchy shell, not too sweet, but sweet enough to let you know this is the final act to your kick ass food truck indulgence. As they say - go big or go home. Fatty's doesn't skimp, so you definitely get your money's worth. Look for they around town and get yourself a full 3-act meal and you will not be sorry...but you might be full.

The proprietor John is the real deal--he's been slinging out dirty water dogs since he was a young man in New York. He definitely knows how to dress up a delicious dog. I've had several of the menu items over two separate visits and highly recommend all of the dogs and sides that I've sampled. Fatty's Tex-Mex ($6): Quarter pound Sabrett all-beef dog with lettuce, onions, cheddar, black bean & corn salsa, chipotle cream. This one definitely has a southwestern flare that really compliments the beef hot dog's distinctive flavor. It's not really very spicy at all. "Da Bronx" ($6): Two all-beef Sabrett hot dogs with spicy mustard and Sabrett onion sauce. This one sound simple but it actually packs a wallop. The onion sauce has a nice zing that compliments the mustard. Potato Knishes ($4): Potato pancakes. Before Fatty's I had never tried a knish, so I can't speak to their authenticity; but they sure are tasty! You can add either pepperoni & cheese or spinach & cheese for $2. Cannoli ($4): Traditional cannolis with chocolate chips. These things taste way better than any other dessert I've tried from a food truck. Fantastic crunchy shell, decadent but not overly sweet. Get one with your meal. It's worthwhile, trust me. It seems like Fatty's spends many Saturdays at a Petsmart, and otherwise travels around to various office parks during the week and local festivals on the weekends. Try checking out their FB page or Twitter account to see where they'll be next. And be sure to come hungry--they don't skimp on the portion sizes!

I also visited the next day and gave them a second try. On my first visit I got a friendly greeting and placed an order for the double version of their House Smash Burger. Since they were parked in a gas station parking lot, and didn't have any soda offerings that I liked, I popped into the station and grabbed my favorite. By the time I'd paid my burger was ready. It was fresh and hot (so hot that I had to wait a bit so I could hold it to eat, LOL). The bun evidenced toasting and was nice and soft and large enough to sandwich the large patties with excellent crusting. Their special smash sauce is like a creamy Italian dressing and there was lots of it, giving it a tang. The lettuce was shredded, making it a bit messy, especially with so much sauce so be sure and avail yourself of the roll of paper towels they provide (however, not available on my visit on the next day). Also the pickles they use have a distinct clove taste, so I wasn't a fan of the flavor combination. On my second visit I got the same burger with just cheese and found it much more enjoyable. Even when scaled down it's still a generously sized burger. Across my visits I had both the fries and tots as a side. Both were very generous portions and nicely crispy and also served piping hot. Of the two the fries were my favorite. They were coated and had a nice seasoning. If I were at a festival where food trucks were the only option, I'd definitely favor this option as the food was pretty good, the portions generous, and it's fairly priced.
