They do NOT give me the little woman treatment and are some great blue collar wisconsin guys who recognize I am on a budget. They have loaner vehicles that are complimentary, and you can have them call you before they do anything. The best part of this is that when they call they will patiently explain the whole problem to me. They spit out jargon, but then explain what that really means. more than once I have told them I don't understand a certain part they just described and they are more than happy to explain a new way. The best part about sending your car to them is that they make a list of all the problems, then give you advice and timetables. For example, I needed new struts and other work. They let me know what was then critical, what needed to happen within the next few weeks ( they specifically pointed out it could wait until the next paycheck for me... helpful!),and that I needed to save my pennies because in 6-8 months the struts HAD to be replaced. Since struts are over a grand, it's really great getting the heads up so early! I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. I always deal with Mattie and Dale, and both are so sweet. Expect Wisconsin nice from them. Everytime they call they first ask how you're doing. Mattie always asks about my life, and I always update him. These guys rock!

They even took a very noticeable collision dent out of my front bumper free of charge! I'm not saying expect free repairs, but they're great people who get the job done right. A while ago, I had asked him if they could take a look at my car because it was idling rough upon…read moretaking my car to Martin's Auto Repair. They said they will take a look at it and let me know what they can do once I got there gave them my car. I noticed all they do was hook up the OBD scanner and just cleared the error codes/check engine light and said that's all that they can do. They didn't bother actually fixing it or taking a look at it. They just cleared the codes after I left Martins Auto I went to my relied mechanic who was farther away, which he said the only thing that was wrong with my car was a downstream O2 sensor that needs to be replaced upon replacing the O2 sensor. My rough idle was gone no more issues and no check. Engine light has came back before this original incident. I had taken my car here for the elbow exhaust to be fixed. They told me it would be $90 to fix the elbow exhaust and replace it with a new pipe after a week or two of having the exhaust on my car started getting louder and louder because the weld of the elbow pipe wasn't so good after I told them that and took my car there again they said it will be another $90 to fix it so I paid for the second time then the third then the fourth and then I stopped going in general. This has to be at least one of the most untrustworthy mechanics possible.
