He always demonstrates superior knowledge, fast efficient service and old-school customer service (the type that is hardly seen these days). We have two precious golden retrievers who run around out yard, so I'm always nervous about doing Pest Control and keeping them safe, but Kenny and his team are amazing. We recently had a problem with mice and our dogs were chasing them and trying to catch them. Kenny's team came out and made sure to put mice bait boxes in areas that were effective but protected our dogs. It's been about a month and no more mice!! We had a gigantic yellow-jacket nest embedded in-between 2 newly planted evergreen trees (that we didn't want to disturb because they're trying to take root) in our master bath courtyard; the yellow-jackets would fly into the warm bathroom when we were showering (my husband got stung 3x).
