The mechanic that finished my bike was extremely helpful and did a great job of keeping me in the loop. 2) They do have parts, accessories and apparel. 3) Great selection of handle bars. The negative: the bike broke down 1 month after getting it back. Same issue that I got fixed at the RF. We take a look...failed fuel pump. No issue, as this type of failure can happen from time to time. However, the real issue was that the fuel pump was the incorrect pump for the bike. My riding partner had a similiar experience on her metric bike, as well. Bottomline: if you're a metric bike, go somewhere else.

The sales person that I was dealing with name was Aaron Hawkins. He was very easy to deal with and gave me the best pricing right away. The whole process was made very easy from the time I got there from the time I left was less than an hour. I heard rumors that this place had a bad rep but I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in a motorcycle. I have sent several of my friends there to buy motorcycles. I have not used the service department yet but everyone seemed very pleasant. Mr. Hawkins walked me through the dealership and I was even able to see my motorcycle as they were assembling it. Shipping was already arranged and everything was ready to move forward. Without any notice or basic courtesy, they sold the bike to someone else. This shows a complete lack of business ethics and reliability. If a dealer cannot honor a simple commitment or communicate honestly, they cannot be trusted.
