I would not recommend this dealership. We were shown a bike advertised for $5,000, but after fees and add-ons, the price suddenly jumped to $10,000. The manager said he would come back with a better offer and later quoted us a price in the $7,000 range, but failed to clearly explain the maintenance fees and other additional charges. After putting down a deposit, I reviewed the paperwork and realized the total still came out to nearly $10,000. We left believing we were paying about $3,000 less, but in reality the extra charges had simply been renamed and added back in. I brought my jet ski to service they gave me a price and when I came to pick it up they added extra costs that they didn't mention. When I asked about these his answer was everyone pays it and there's nothing I can do but that's how I got upcharged over $100. I paid for service almost $600. Jason was thw service person. As well they lost my connector to the car and didn't respond for it his answer was I don't know. Very friendly I drop off and pick up cold and unresponsive so unprofessional. read more

I arrived 2/24 to look at 2024 Hurricane boat advertised for 31,999.00 , I liked the boat and we started haggling ,I wanted to be at a certain amount for payment ,when we got close i said ok ,put deposit and would return next day, late afternoon had paperwork ready with all spots to sign highlighted ,stupidley we ran thru quick signing. I was to pick up boat the next day ,When returned was handed a folder with copies of bill of sale etc. while waiting I saw what was added to sale price . SALE PRICE 31,999.00 , DEALER FREIGHT 5,425.00 ,DEALER SET UP 2,574.00 , DEALER FEE 899.95 , a additional 8,898.95 in dealer fees , plus normal tax 90.00 , vehicle tax 2,037.00. as far as dealer set up, the boat was brought out wet from pressure washing ,did not even wipe down ,spent 4 hours cleaning when I got home, the inner hull was full of moldy nasty water, the cheap cooler Floating and covered in mold ,drain clogged with foam. I mentioned I would like a stainless prop. their price 645.00 said forget it, then they said because of problems would charge half price on prop. 320.00 .I can get same prop same make and model number 396.99 with free shipping. What a deal they were giving me . Only bright spot was Jay in Service had to have 2 cushions redone. Have checked with several dealers and these fees are outrageous. read more

Great sales staff, very friendly and informative. When it comes time to purchase they add fees and surcharges for everything. I went to buy a 12,700 jet ski and a 1600 trailer. By the time all of their fees were added (I understand tax etc) we were at over 24,000. They just added 2,000 over MSRP just because they said they could and a doc fee of over 700 per price purchased. Ouch. Needless to say, we decided not to pay double and moved on. read more
