I had a bit of trouble with registration as I am an out of state resident, however Amanda really worked hard and made everything so much easier and kept me out if the DMV. If you go in and there's no customers expect to have no one ask if you need help or have questions even after 10 minutes of sitting on/checking on quads and bikes. Then I ask from the 2nd floor to a female employee below if a Mark was there since I spoke with him on the phone and said I was coming in to probably buy a quad I was looking at, and rather than saying yes let me get him she sat on her ass and just said hes in the corer downstairs, so I had to walk all the way around and down the stairs again to find him. Then he pawns me off on a the so called "salesman" Ryan. Wow, what a disaster he was. I've been in professional sales for 35 yrs and some qualities that help are 1) people/conversational skills 2) enthusiasm 3) sales skills/acumen and 4) PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE. It's best to have all of these or at least a combination but he terrible at all 4! He couldn't answer any of my basic questions or knew the difference between a few. Didn't even know the base price after rebate even though it's on the website, nor did he care to check. I actually knew more about some of the features then he did. So i knew he was worthless and said politely "thanks for your help" and he says NOTHING back! So next day I bought a nice quad at Western Honda form a guy who was awesome. So go there or AZ Motosports ( a bud good a good deal on a UTV there after looking at Ride Now), not all the fees and charges that Ride Now has either. read more

I'm surprised to see some good reviews. I ordered a tail light for my 2014 Ranger in December and was never notified that it came in. On 2/12 I made six calls to follow up on my order. One time Kelly answered and within seconds I got a "'leave a message" recording. After 5 more tries I gave up. This was all on a thurs morning before noon. Someone has made a huge capitol investment only to not treat customers with common courtesy? Polaris should turn the screws down on this franchise. I stopped by Ridenow on Cave Creek last week for the first time to check out a bike. I walked in the front door and past 4 employees who were chatting about the weekend. Not one of them acknowledged me when I came in. Ok, fine...we'll let that one go. Walked down a row of bikes past another employee going the other direction. Nothing. Alright...well, at least they have he bike I want on the floor. It took 15 minutes and me sitting on the bike before someone offered to "answer any questions". After asking a few questions and talking to the sales person...I knew that this guy had no idea about the bike I was looking at. He was more interested in telling me about how fast he goes on the freeways. So, he's one of those riders who ends up smashed on I-10 in the mornings. I was really surprised that this sales person had, frankly, no sale ability at all. And rather pushy I might add. I was ready to leave and then he offered to give me a call if he gets something used. Two days later I get a call from a different person asking me, ironically...about their service. I told them it was pretty bad. Like...really bad. They really wanted me to come in and meet with manager and sales people and they'll get me a great deal and...yadda, yadda. I told them I wasn't interested, but thanks anyway. A few days later I got a call from the same sales guy asking when I was coming in. I told him that I wasn't interested in purchasing at that point in time and he seemed a bit p*ssed that I wasn't going to be coming back anytime soon. On the oposite end, I stopped in the Chander store shortly after all of this, thinking I'll have similar experience. Not the case. The guys at the Chandler store are Top Notch! They're frienly and they know what they are talking about. If for some reason you find yourself at the Ridenow on Cave Creek...do your research first, don't expect to get friendly or knowledgable help quickly...and if you're just shopping around, do not give them your phone number. read more

This dealership is a first class organization. I purchased a new Can-Am Spyder Ltd from them although they were 35 miles away from me and there was another Ridenow within a mile of my house. Price was better, service was MUCH better and they did everything to a tee they said they would do. But it gets better..... Had electrical/charging problems right out of the gate....twice! Adam and Casey in the Service Dept were absolutely World Class. They came back all the way to me to tow my bike twice, communicated perfectly, all work has been done on-time, every time without fail. They have even fought with the factory to help me. I am happy to still drive clear across town 2+ years later just for normal maintenance. SHIT SHOW! I was called to come get my quad and when I got there it wasn't even started. I was told it was covered under warranty, and then they tell me it isn't. I hate doing business with them and I only took it there because I thought it was covered under warranty but it wasn't. Take your chances at another locations. Worst experience ever with service. Took a month for a promised warranty issue was fixed, and a month for a promised pick up. Excuses after excuses for 4 weeks!!!! Then they just stopped calling to set up a time. They hooked me with a 2015 purchase and then dropped the ball on EVERYTHING after the check cleared. Still today no call back during the time promised with all the BS issues I've had with them. Either they are totally incompetent, stupid, or just don't give a crap what so ever about customer service. Brought them 3 sales with in a month from friends SPENDING AROUMD 60,000 and then found out through other friends how terrible they are and warned me not to go there, I felt so bad I told them to go there. I should have listened to my other friends warning me not to go there. A three day tailgate fix turned into a week after promised to have it back to me in 3 days. Due to the commander being a ranch work Vehicle it's used daily almost. All in one day promised again 4 different delivery times still don't get it right and I'm still waiting and ruin my whole day plans with Family that flew in for the weekend. They are careless and so inconsiderate to their customers lives and just so plain lazy. GO ELSE WHERE and don't listen to their promises or any other service "professional" there. So brutal. Why can't there be honest and timely service these days. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB QUIT AND FIND SOMETHING YOU LOVE not hate so you can piss off customers. Just a note again from Adam telling me "the drives are trained to call before the leave" still no call and it's an 5 hours past delivery time. Ohhh and at the end of the call with Adam he tells me "you should find another dealership to get your work done, don't come here". One word for this store location..... I purchased 2 pre-owned Yamaha FJR 's for over $23,000.00 both in 2013. I took one in for a clutch issue, first they had it for a week, told me they took the clutch apart a couldn't find anything, that I should authorize additional teardown. Then I talk to service manager who personally handles it for the next 10 days, This is where I find out the clutch was never disassembled and they could never make the time to check it out. After almost 3weeks I finally pulled it out. Utter frustration. I should have heeded the reviews here but I wanted to give them a chance. My bad. read more

I took my Ranger Crew in 3 weeks ago and it is still not finished. They are charging me $2100 for the repair. They have no parts in stock. The charged 3 labor hours at $110 to diagnose the repair needed on a 2 cylinder engine. The are slow and charge to much. My last time every going here. read more

Talked with Richard and he was awesome he sent all paperwork out of state and was so efficient and upfront. This dealership does not sell or service any pwc over ten years old. i can't believe the brands they sell even allow it. I've heard the same policy exists on bikes. what do they expect you to do, throw it away? i have a low hour craft that's been great to me, and they won't service it. this is a policy across their 30 stores because they cant get parts/have customers that have stuck them with repaired (but unpaid for) machines, etc., etc. what a bunch of excuses, your clients expect you to service what you sell for as long as they own it, not when it's convenient for you. i wouldn't recommend dealing with them. i've been a seadoo fan for ten years, taking a ton of ribbing from my yamaha friends - now it looks like i'm joining them. read more

Two weeks ago I went in to ride now Phoenix to look at wheels and tires for a 2016 RZR turbo that we were going to buy from another dealer. While I was talking to Chris in parts he had said why don't you talk to sales and see what they can do? I spoke with Ryan in sales and we went to the sales manager and he automatically beat the best price that I had already found by $500 (out the door price) and then we went back to talk to Chris in parts to see if they could beat the "other guys prices" and they did! We ended up getting a great deal on our 2016 RZR turbo and all the Accessories we wanted. I would like to point out that I needed to wait for my fiancé to get off work to finish up the paperwork for purchase and pretty much the whole sales team and Chris in parts (and the parts department manager) all stayed almost an hour and a half after they closed to make sure my fiancé could get there and go over everything! They didn't rush us or try to pressure us in anyway they just got us a great deal and we left very impressed! I have been going to ride now Phoenix since 2007 buying parts from Chris he has become one of the few people that I trust for parts for our toys and I have always had a good experience with him! And I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised with the work that Ryan in sales put in to make the deal happen (he even came in on his day off to make sure we were taken care of)... I'm not a cry baby or a whiner. I bought my 2005 Yamaha V-Star 1100 brand new from Ridenow on Cave Creek. They did all the servicing on my bike for 12 years, including installing Cobra pipes, air scoop, easy change oil filter set-up, plus routine maintenance all those years. I called a couple of days ago to see when might be a not so busy time for them to do a tune-up and whatever else the bike might need. The guy in service asked me in a terse voice what year was my bike. I told him again it was a 2005 and gave him a brief history of my experience with them. The guy on the phone sounded young but I have nothing against that and told me they don't work on bikes over 10 years old. Whoa! That floored me. Guess they're interested in selling new bikes, I don't know. All I know is they don't want my business anymore. Sad. Oh well, I guess that's how it goes when your bike gets old. P.S. The bike is in great shape and practically looks new at 23k miles. So Ridenow rejected my bike and now I must go on down the road. Thanks for your time and attention. read more

I purchased a preowned UTV from the Peoria store. I paid a little too much but that was my fault for not doing the research and wanting to quickly grab a used unit in very good condition. Upon inspection I found that they hadn't cleaned it thoroughly (storage unit on back full of sand with rubber gasket half off). Staff had "no clue" what a factory switch on the dash did and left it at that instead of finding out the answer for me. Also when I got the machines home I noticed a wheel cap missing from each (the other is an ACE 150 I bought for my son). Went back and was told both sold as used units "as is" and therefore don't owe me the parts. Was told I could get discount on accessories and ordered roof and windshield for my son - had to point out to staff that "discounted" price was MORE THAN msrp listed in catalog at which point they changed it. These guys have the selection and low prices but make up for it with lots of dealer fees (freight, set-up, reconditioning, etc.) Just do your research to make sure you're getting the best price. If dealing with the above mentioned crap doesn't particularly upset you then doing business with them is tolerable. read more

If you are looking to buy an off road vehicle I would highly recommend Ride Now in Cave Creek Az. I recently purchased a 2015 Polaris Razor 1000 4 seater from them after contacting five different dealerships from four different states trying to get the best price and most for my money. After speaking with Ride Now's parts manager Jeremiah, I felt so comfortable with his knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction with my purchase that I kicked the other dealerships to the curb. The fact is, I never even had a salesperson work with me as Jeremiah took care of everything I wanted in regards to my purchase. I had been told by other dealerships that they were going to charge me shop rates to install all the accessories I wanted to add to my razor but, Ride Now were super negotiable with installation charges. I know personally that when I am going to spend thousands of dollars for an off road vehicle that I expect some appreciation of my business from the dealership. I sent an email them regarding consigning a motorcycle for me. I have a 2013 suzuki boulevard C50T that I wanted consigned. I was informed by Debbie, one of their people, that they do consignment. I made an appointment to take in the motorcycle this past Saturday. I couldn't get the bike there because the battery died so I called to see if I could reschedule the appointment. I spoke with NIck who told me that according to his "book" he could give me $4500.00 for my bike. He said they had to spend a couple of hundred dollars on maintenance and then he had to pay for taxed, title and tags so even if they consigned it I wouldn't get more than $4500.00. When I asked him why Debbie had not simply told me they don't do consignment, he told me motorcycle shops really don't do consignments. I asked why I wasn't told that. He said that I needed to understand that if I tried to consign the bike and it got a scratch on it, it would be a negative thing. I repeated my question and he started off on some other tangent. I know my bike is worth more than $4500.00, even as a trade in and not retail. He acted as if he did not need my business and I definitely don't need theirs. I had read some really bad reviews of RideNow in Peoria and was wary initially. I read some pretty good reviews of RideNow in Phoenix. I have attempted to find out via chat who this guys supervisor is and they refused to give me a name. I believe they are crooks. I think that his attitude was extremely condescending and rude. I will never, ever use their services and will tell everyone I know to stay away from them. read more
