I special ordered a muffler for an ATV that I keep in Mexico. Unfortunately it did not fit the ATV. I took it back for return and they would not take it back in return as they said it had been over 21 days. I was never told about the 21 day return policy and it was just over the 21 days. Then they said it had been installed. It had never been installed. It was still in the protective plastic covering it came in. The people behind the parts counter have always been awesome. The people behind the service counter have always been rude ass lazy pricks. EVERY SINGLE FUCKING TIME Sales was nice, but didn't know what the f he was talking about the first time. The 2nd time, they lost the opportunity for there to be a 2nd time. For two reasons; 1) I wasn't wearing my nice clothes, and 2) they didn't have a 2015 R1 in stock. They did however have a 2013 GSXR 600 STILL SITTING AT MSRP...yea, they're gonna own that for a while. The purchase of the Kawasaki Teryx 1000 went with out a problem. The service Department is another story. I was taken in for the first 20 hours check up and for an oil leak on the front differential. Did not hear anything from them for over a week. Made several calls to them and never really had a definite answer on the parts for repair. I call Kawasaki and and miraculously the parts came in and it was fixed. While it was in there there was a recall on the rear axles, I called after a week and parts were still on order. I called Kawasaki and again I got a call the repair was completed, When i received the unit after the repairs it was filthy. Old rags lying inside, oil on the frame where worked on, looks like it has been left outside the whole time. No excuse. Also was missing a rear wheel cap. read more

Just had some recall work done on my V Star 950. The people there were kind and courteous. The work was done quickly, faster than they anticipated it taking. The tailgate is missing and parts that were supposed to be ready last week aren't even in yet. Ryan made it right by eating the cost to have all the parts installed, for the first mistake, but wouldn't excuse the second mistake. I had to postpone our trip up north AGAIN!!! I told Andrew the install of the parts wasn't enough to make both mistakes right. He said I would need to talk to a manager as he didn't have the authority to do anything else for me. The day we purchased the General, we worked with the Finance Manager, Mark Mulholland, so I emailed him Tuesday evening. He promptly responded prior to RideNow-Phoenix opened on Wednesday morning and asked me to call him. When they opened, I called Mark and was surprised to hear he knew nothing about what had happened. He said he would help me get this resolved and call me back. A little while passed when Mark and Kyle Renaud, the Service Manager, called. They were sincerely apologetic, extremely kind and polite, and showed a lot of empathy when they spoke with me and owned the mistakes. I asked them to just make this right and they asked me what I thought. I asked them to include the first service on the General and the General cargo box. Kyle asked me which box and I said I would like to have the black Polaris General Rear Lock & Ride Cargo Box. They didn't even flinch...they said," done". Kyle said his team was already in the process of installing all the parts and then having them completely clean and detail the General. He said he found the cargo box I wanted at another location and sent a driver over to get it. He said he wanted it on the General at delivery so I wouldn't need to make a trip to the dealership to pick it up. Kyle reassured me that once the cargo box arrived and locked in, his driver would have it delivered by late afternoon on Wednesday. Once everyone who needed to be in the know knew what I was going through they all worked together to make it right. Both Mark and Kyle were exceptional at communicating with me throughout the day letting me know what was being done and providing me with timeframes. My General was delivered by 4:00 PM on Wednesday...My son and I were amazed with how beautiful she looked. We just stood in the garage looking at her as the driver drove it up. The team did a spectacular job on the detail and installation! We just stood there for a while looking at her as we'd probably never see her that beautiful again...LOL! Mark and Kyle were eager to know how everything was and ask if I needed anything. When I was getting ready to drive the General into my cargo trailer I found the opening was too small for it to fit, so I needed a new trailer. Mark gave me his contact at Deer Valley Trailers and said to tell her he sent me and they would take care of me. I'm sorry this is so long, but I wanted you all to understand how extremely hard the team at RideNow-Phoenix worked to make this right for me and my family. People/employees/businesses will make mistakes from time to time, but it's how they work together as a team to make it right for the customer which will determine the good ones from the bad ones. They were empathetic, kind, worked as a team, provided constant communication, included approx. $1,000 in labor to install parts, approx. $300 for a first service, approx. $310 for a cargo box, and I imagine approx. $100 for a cleaning and detail. The team at RideNow-Phoenix exceeded my expectations to make it right and we are 110% satisfied with how they handled it. Great job to you all and welcome to my family! read more

After signing the paperwork and doing the infamous "walkthrough" of my sons new transportation for college, the Ruckus did not start... they assured me it was a "gas problem from sitting to long" three days it is delivered, I PAID to have it delivered and the "bad gas problem" is STILL a problem! It won't start, the handlebars are crooked and somehow they swindled me into a $1,499.00 premium maintenance program! They don't show you the total, just the low, low monthly payment. Warning to anyone considering a purchase from Ridenow Phoenix location. They sell extended warranty on new side by sides but if you make a claim they will take over 12 weeks to repair your vehicle. They have so many vehicles tied up in service that they store them at an offsite location. Just a terrible experience. Its been 12 weeks, not sure when I'll see my 2019 SXS again. The only reason I am doing this review is because it is only fair to the public that they know how these people do business because if you are like me and work hard for your money and like professionalism and good, honest people, you want your money going to the right hands. These are not the right hands. I must say that this is the worst experience I have ever had at any business in 32 years of living. This is thee worst place I have ever attempted doing business at. I cannot emphasize just how bad this experience was. Without going into Super detail, these people were dishonest with me and treated me less than human. I went to purchase a 2009 Triumph Street Triple priced at about $3,999 with somewhere around 3,000 miles. This was going to be my first motorcycle since I was new to the biking world. I provided everything necessary to get the deal done and they did not work with integrity with and for me. They played with me the entire time. I was the one making calls. I was the one following up. I was the one making sure everything needed was there. I even visited the store several times just to see how things were going. And, they are not close to home. Still, little to no collaboration until I finally got fed up with the unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect and declined to do business with them. They even applied for me to receive a $2,000 Polaris credit card to use $500 of that for a down payment but poorly advised me that I wasn't approved for it. Needless to say, I received that same Polaris credit card in the mail a few days later with a $2,000 credit limit. That is half the price of the bike. They said I was not approved for financing of the bike. Hmm. After I declined to do business here, the manager of the store contacted me for the first time to attempt to clean up the mess his employees made but it was just too late because I moved on. He even stated that I {WAS} approved for the bike. This whole thing was just a nightmare. Sad thing is that a co-worker of mine referred me to this place. They were not happy at all to hear of this. It was very embarrassing for them. I will NEVER return to RideNow or refer one soul to this place. Very bad business. I ended up going to a totally different dealership, this time in Scottsdale and they treated me superbly from start to finish. It was like night and day. I ended up purchasing a Honda VFR 1200f for just under $12,000. Afterwards, I took their Motorcycle Safety Foundation course. An eventual nine week repair turnaround for a 2009 Zuma scooter for lack of parts. (?!?) I understand they don't stock parts for all motorcycles, but they put absolutely zero effort into tracking them down. Their original estimate was July to November. They simply shrugged their shoulders and said it was out of their control Only after I personally called Yamaha Inc. and asked for their intervention were parts for repair found essentially same day and graciously expedited at no extra charge to me. I mean...how hard is a phone call...and who doesn't think July to November is a bit unreasonable? Nice guys, but a horribly run service department. read more

Amazing experience! I've been buying bikes, UTV's, and watercraft from Powersports dealers for nearly 30 years. I've never really been impressed with the level of customer service until now. I was referred to RideNow by a friend. From the beginning with my conversation with Matt the general manager and Tyler the sales manager, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. I Purchased a brand new CanAm X3. They didn't have the color I wanted, so they had to get one for me from another store. They expedited the transfer immediately. They really went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy. I ended up needing some parts for another CanAm that I have, and Brett in the parts department was also great to deal with. Funny enough, three days later, I needed that same 2017 CanAm flashed, and Kyle in the service department got me in and out quickly. So, within one week, I got to deal with the sales department, the parts department, and the service department. All of them very professional, knowledgeable, and make you feel like you're appreciated as a customer, not a burden like some other shops do. I've already referred a few other friends to their store, and they have had great experiences as well. I would totally recommend them, and will continue to use them in the future. read more

The word, disappointment, can't begin to tell you about the way we felt when we left Ride Now in Phoenix on Saturday. We showed up with friends and found a nice two-seater RZR 900 that we were interested in. Salesman, David, helped us. David went and got the key, talked with us about the RZR and at that point, we decided to do paperwork to purchase the ATV. Now during the time we were outside, two workers came out to look at the steering wheel of the one we were looking at because it was broken, not because we were looking at it, but because they were clearly on a mission. We proceed to go inside, sit down, give ALLLLLL of my personal info to David, to run my credit for the loan. We waited, and we waited and when asked what was taking so long, David would get up to "go check". He would come back saying that probably because it's Saturday, it's taking longer... my friend then says how weird that was because she had just purchased her vehicle two weeks ago on a Sunday, and it took only 10 minutes to approve her. David had "gone to check" approximately three times and finally, after about an hour, Matt (General Manager) comes out to say that I was approved but VERY quickly says that the one we looked at was just sold but we can do numbers on the "other one". He said it so fast, that only I caught it. Once I told my husband what he had actually said, my husband proceeded to inform them that what they just did was dirty, shady and bad business. They were waiting to see who got approved first and with hopes that the "losing" party would just buy the other one! To top it off, our friends were in town with their 5 year old God Daughter who was getting impatient and bored and then because of the complete waste of time, had to leave once we found out the game that was played on us. They stayed to help us make arrangements to get the RZR home. Ride Now had total disregard for us because they were clearly out to pull a fast one. I understand it's business, but that was bad business. As we left, we noticed that they had already rolled the RZR out of its spot! It was already gone by the time we left, so again, clearly a game! My husband went back inside to ask for a manager in charge, which some guy went to the back, looking for the "manager on duty", only to come back and tell us that it was Matt, the one who spoke so fast. As we drove away, I get a call from Matt, apologizing for what had happened and that his salesman knew about a half an hour prior to them telling me I was approved, that the RZR had already sold! Said it was his fault for the lack of training and that the salesman didn't know what to do or how to handle the situation. Now, if that were actually true, no one asked him questions as to whether we were interested in the other unit or shouldn't that be something a manager tells us? Come on. Matt didn't try to offer another unit from one of their other stores, nothing, just threw his salesman under the bus. As I mentioned to Matt, not only was i upset that they ran my credit for nothing because it was already in process with another party but that we have an extremely large group within the RZR community (I counted 26 in our circle of friends) and this looks bad for any future purchases from them as well. I took it as a half-assed apology because when I told Matt that we would write a review, his tone changed to an "I don't give a crap what you do" attitude. Buying multiple vehicles and coming from a family that was in car sales for 20 years, this wasn't our first rodeo, but we were made to feel disrespected because they thought we were dumb and weren't going to catch it. So, just a warning if you decide to do business with them. Good for you, if you've had no problem, but I guarantee that if there was another party looking at the same thing that you've purchased, you might be writing the same story. *cross posted* read more

I had a bit of trouble with registration as I am an out of state resident, however Amanda really worked hard and made everything so much easier and kept me out if the DMV. Cole in parts was great and helped me out with an aftermarket cage and harnesses at a great price and KC in service took care of me when it came to all the questions I had for break in and maintenance. If you go in and there's no customers expect to have no one ask if you need help or have questions even after 10 minutes of sitting on/checking on quads and bikes. Then I ask from the 2nd floor to a female employee below if a Mark was there since I spoke with him on the phone and said I was coming in to probably buy a quad I was looking at, and rather than saying yes let me get him she sat on her ass and just said hes in the corer downstairs, so I had to walk all the way around and down the stairs again to find him. Then he pawns me off on a the so called "salesman" Ryan. Wow, what a disaster he was. I've been in professional sales for 35 yrs and some qualities that help are 1) people/conversational skills 2) enthusiasm 3) sales skills/acumen and 4) PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE. It's best to have all of these or at least a combination but he terrible at all 4! He couldn't answer any of my basic questions or knew the difference between a few. Didn't even know the base price after rebate even though it's on the website, nor did he care to check. I actually knew more about some of the features then he did. So i knew he was worthless and said politely "thanks for your help" and he says NOTHING back! So next day I bought a nice quad at Western Honda form a guy who was awesome. So go there or AZ Motosports ( a bud good a good deal on a UTV there after looking at Ride Now), not all the fees and charges that Ride Now has either. read more
