Components like acumen, switches, rgb light issues, bass knob lights/ features turn off and on randomly doors not hinged even Batman lights randomly change color utv feature of synching music to lights has arrow through mic and won't pick up sound or all lights flash white when you change utv setting from disco to soft etc. . Rugged main headset comes disconnected loud pop if I power down ride command. Fix for "pop" just don't turn off ride command???? Fix it and install it right so it doesn't sound like someone is yanking wires out of an amp. Refusing to honor their workmanship warranty saying "user error or ride command update issue". That doesn't randomly turn features on and off, cause sno sound on external speakers and ground noise through headset. They added clutch kit and now shifter is sloppy and loose. How does that happen? Oh and any response he posts- he turns everything around to make the posting person look to be the bad guy so just wait for it.... Ha

Unfortunately I was in the hospital when I needed to pick up my rzr so I sent my son and paid thinking everything was done. But it was not. They did my clutch which I have still not been able to test as I'm still recovering but my exhaust was not repaired as we spoke about and when I tried to call, I've left multiple messages. Then all the sudden I've been blocked. I call over and over again to see if I'm just a lucky guy that is calling when they're already on the phone, but it goes straight to voicemail again so now I decided that it was time to leave a review because for all the good reviews they have that's not the service that I got with the communication trying to get a hold of somebody in the beginning when I drop the car off, Chief was great Communication was awesome. Prices were OK then when I call after pick up, I'm completely ignored and I'm sure there's gonna be a very different rebuttal of course but it's OK once I recover and get into the car to test the clutch I'll be writing another review or updating this one.

I have come back EVERY single time, because this shop has the best of everything. The service manager, (Nick) is the best there is. I drive 50 mins. across the valley each way......WELL WORTH IT. I only wish they would open a store in our neck of the woods, Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan area. Tons of business, with little to no competition. We told him what we needed, he explained the process with any additional risks involved as well as a time frame and estimated fees. I really liked his upfront approach. I think it might be his own shop. He was at the main desk when we found him but still, he was friendly and professional. We appreciated his honesty and even after we came back a fourth time the next day, he was quick to action. AAA got me to the shop. I believe the owner greeted me upon arrival and immediately got to work inspecting my bike. While the puncture was large, he assured me it could be patched (not plugged). I left the bike at 1pm and it was ready by 6pm. Here is the thing, the shop was super busy, packed with other customers vehicles , and these guy still got me back in the highway. Promised one thing to make the sale, then tried to charge me $5,000 for routine break-in service…read more Bought a brand-new 2026 Honda CRF250RX here on 6/15 for $8,400. During the sale, the salesman (Damon) told me directly that the dealership would cover the initial maintenance after the 15-mile break-in. That was part of why I bought it. I did the break-in exactly as instructed and came back the very next day for the service. Suddenly it "wasn't covered" -- and they wanted to charge me OVER $5,000. That's more than half the price of the entire bike, for routine first-service work: oil and filter change, a fastener check, chain adjustment, air filter inspection, and a general once-over. There is no world where that job costs $5,000. So within 24 hours they (1) told me one thing to close the sale and another once they had my money, and (2) tried to gouge a brand-new customer on basic maintenance. I bought a brand-new Honda in good faith and this is how I was treated before I put a real mile on it. I'd think hard before buying here. Get every promise in writing, because a verbal commitment from this dealership apparently means nothing the day after the sale. I've also filed a complaint directly with Honda motorsports.
