During this entire time, they hadn't even bothered to check us in. After another 15 minutes, they came back and asked us to finish filling out paperwork that should have been handled right away. In total, we sat in the waiting room for over an hour before the check-in process was even complete--not before being seen by a provider, just to be officially checked in. The level of incompetence and lack of urgency from the front desk staff was unbelievable. They were unorganized, dismissive, and completely unprofessional, showing no consideration for a sick child or for patients' time. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place altogether and going to the other urgent care on the island, where you'll likely find staff who at least know how to do their jobs.

Well, here we are a month later and I got some money PayPaled to me for a deposit on my new place, only to find it short $50 because they auto drafted off the card I used at the first appointment to pay the 2nd copay they did in fact charge me for. Then when I called to have it fixed they said somewhere in the paper work (fine print) I agreed to have them auto draft any outstanding balances. I live on a very small budget and would not have knowingly agreed to auto drafting anything as now I cannot pay the deposit for my new place and they have refused to return the 2nd copay that I truly think I shouldn't have been charged for as they didn't have the equipment needed functional on the first visit. So here I sit, waiting another 2 weeks basically pondering homelessness because they set up an auto draft and set up a scenario for double billing me. Be wary all!

Clearly, my life seems to have no value to them. This is unacceptable patient care and unprofessional. I can afford to pay out of pocket, but I will absolutely not give them money if this is how they treat people who need immediate care. I would advise others to avoid them as well. Cost doesn't matter when a doctor and staff show compassion and professionalism, and truly value your health and life.

My prognosis was dim from my ENT Doctor, a 30% chance of getting full hearing back with steroid treatment. I had a friend recommend HBOT, which I was able to get my doctor to write a referral for.
