They have a good selection of liquor but I specifically went there looking for Eagle Rare bourbon. The cashier told me they do have it but specifically refuse to sell it till their bourbon event in July. Seemed like an insult to a customer to tell them you have what they want in stock but refuse to sell any. I specifically will not return for the bourbon event or any event. read more

They have an excellent selection of craft beers and allow you to break up any pack to buy a single. Prices are high, but I'd rather spend $6 on a beer that I just want to taste than $15 on a 4pk. read more

I wrote a review for the old location so it is only fitting I do that for the new location right? This is the ONLY liquor store that I have referred everyone I know to. The staff are knowledgeable and super helpful all the time. When you stop in you have so many options and you often find specialty craft beers here you cannot find other places. Recently I stopped in when Stillmank Brewery was having a tasting and pick up some of their limited release items. I enjoy the ability to mix and match single bottles so I can try something before I buy it and may dislike it. I have honestly never had that happen here though. The new location is so nice and well organized. You should stop in at least once as you will not regret it. read more

I've been going to Ridgeview Liqour for the better part of a decade. The owner, Chris is a stand up, humble guy. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and never stops trying to get in the best & hard to find beers. He truly appreciates his customers business, and always says Thank you. They have the best selection in the area of "top tier" & "small batch" craft beers bar none. They also turn product very fast in this store. You won't get old beer here that's been sitting on a shelf collecting dust. And you'll always see new and unique beers here you have never heard of. The best part is, you can mix and match almost anything. Nearly every beer has an individual beer price, so you don't need to gamble your money on a 4 pack or 6 pack of a beer you've never tried. Ridgeview allows you to build the best mixed pack you ever thought possible. This place is an absolute gem for Green Bay and the surrounding area. I stopped by the new store. I was greeted by a very helpfuI staff but was somewhat concerned by the fact that there is very little choice and selection when it comes to liquor or wine. You are able to take a single bottle of the six pack or a four pack for beer which is great for you but it makes it look like a little messy for the customer. There is a a decent choice of craft beers but it seems there is a limited selection. Not bad for game day but no my first choice. read more

Is it weird to say I have a favorite liquor store? Well for me it's true. This is the first place I go when buying beer. There's an huge selection of craft beers and wines. I always leave with something I've never had before. You can get cases, six packs, twelves packs, and the big 22 oz bottles. If you're tempted to buy a beer but not confident to get a six pack, you can buy single bottles and make your own six packs! If the local breweries sell a new beer, this liquor store will have it. The staff are friendly and very knowledgable when it comes to beer. You know they're always looking for something new because I see some of the staff at beer tasting events. Some days during the week they'll do their own sample tastings and you get to try beer and wines for free. read more

Stopped in while on a business trip from Los Angeles. This place was unassumingly awesome. John, the clerk, greeted me kindly and was particularly helpful- pointing me towards great WI/local options like oso, central waters, and new glarus. Some fantastic choices that are either not distributed in or are too hard to find in California. They also had a good representation of other Midwest brewers like bells, goose island and founders. As for other liquor, selection was standard, not overwhelming but can certainly meet the average person's needs. I didn't see any truly hard to find items, but also didn't ask because I was distracted by the selection of beers. I can imagine this place buzzing during football season. Highly recommended if you're in Green Bay and are looking for a special beer to sip on. read more

The best craft beer selection in ALL of Green Bay, but by no means the best pricing (how can you even compete with Woodmans). I stopped by Ridgeview this past weekend after finding it highly rated on Beeradvocate.com and I was very impressed. The liquor store itself is a little underwhelming from the outside and the inside is just as underwhelming, but the 1 istle (approximately 20 feet long, both sides) had to have had over 300 types of excellent craft beers. I was astounded to find an impressive variety of very rarely seen (especially in Green Bay) brewers such as Founders, La Trappe, and Unibroue just to name a few. The 6 pack I picked out totaled $22 (paid $19 after the 10% discount), being one of the more expensive 6 packs I have purchased but it was more than worth it to try so many exceptional beers. If you are really into craft beers (and exceptional ones at that), then Ridgeview Liquor is worth the drive out so see. read more

Excellent store. I was just passing through the area and popped in to get a bottle of something for a gift. Within minutes of staring at a wall full of bourbons and whiskeys and scotches, I was approached by an employee. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and had excellent suggestions.
