So I have a crystal 3-D printed necklace You know the kind with your loved one's picture engraved in it and the clasp that holds the Crystal onto the string became detached On three different occasions I tried to reattach the clasp myself using various glues from the local hardware store which of course didn't work so I began Careering the crystal in my pocket. While stopping for my morning coffee I noticed ANEMONI JEWELERS And wondered if this was something they could repair for me? Now you have to understand this is about $35 necklace Not some expensive piece of jewelry that someone would normally have worked on so I was completely expecting the jeweler to tell me there's nothing they could do and it's not worth fixing. Upon entering this beautiful jewelry store The associate Immediately greeted me she was very pleasant and friendly she took the necklace over to the jeweler explained to him what wanted done ,He then took the time to come over and talk to me personally about the repair I wanted done to the necklace.When I explained I didn't think it would be worth his time to repair being a $35 trinket his exact words were to me were " IF ITS IMPORTANT TO YOU... THEN ITS IMPORTANT TO US ! ". none of them knew at the time the necklace I asked them to work on was actually a 3-D image of my teenage daughter who was killed in a fatal Car accident And Even though The necklace had no real cash value, it was actually one of my most prized possessions and I wore it every day.ANEMONI JEWELERS Immediately repaired my necklace (for less then the cost of glue from the hardware store) and I'm happy to say it is back around my neck where it belongs and hopefully will stay til the day I die Thank You Thank You Thank You ANEMONI JEWELERS A place where their philosophy in business is " IF IT'S IMPORTANT TO YOU.... Thankfully through the use of technology, social media, and a long history of trusting Stuart Kingston, I was able to buy the ring of my dreams. Edward walked/talked me and my mom (she in Delaware and I in Boston) through the purchase of a spectacular ring that I first saw on their Instagram page! Living in Boston (with an ongoing global pandemic) it was not exactly easy to pop down to Delaware and try on the ring. That's where Edward and Jimmy are so great. I just couldn't get it back on my finger. Alesia saved the day with her artistry and replaced the bottom half of my ring with a gold self-adjusting shank. My ring couldn't be more perfect! It looks beautiful and no longer causes me anxiety and pain when having to take it off. It slides easily over my knuckle and then adjusts to the much smaller base of my finger. BLATANT RACISM. After waiting over 4 weeks of waitingmy boyfriend and I (we are an interracial…read morecouple) went there to pick up a ring where a few small diamonds had fallen out. When we picked it up there was STILL a diamond missing, and the clerk said the technician didn't put it in tightly and it must of fallen out again..... I work in customer service myself, so I kept my cool and politely explained why I was NOT going to pay for the poor quality of the repair or AND pay more than the agreed price even with a diamond missing! Then tech came out she looked at us and immediately became rude and hostile. We decided to pay anyway just to get away from her... We put the credit card on the table to pay and the tech said " I'm tired of this shit!" And SNATCHED the ring out of my hand and told me she was TAKING ALL THE REPAIRED DIAMONDS OUT! (Keep in mind, neither of us yelled once.) We told her she cannot treat customers like this (she just seemed like an angry woman).... But she kept the ring, and CALLED THE POLICE on me and told her coworker she has no problem "cursing out a black girl". Im sure there have been people unhappy with the service, and we doubt she called the cops on customers...I made sure to stay calm the whole time so claiming I was "threatening" would be out the question. When the tech called the police and we heard the operator TELL her to keep the diamonds inside if we are willing to pay. But she still told the police to come. When the cop got there he sized me up, talked to the tech and then came out and told me to i had two choices: sign a statement saying that I decided to DENY PAYMENT or pay in full now..... But WE ALREADY GAVE her the credit card! At that point we didnt want to pay for anything for how horrible we were treated. Long story short... The officer stood there while we patiently waited for the tech to dismantle the ring and take out all of the repaired diamonds. Im sorry to say I was intimidated to speak up further. Especially with what goes on the news. That store should not be allowed to treat customers like this! And for a tech to SNATCH my own ring out and talk about my skin color? How is that relevant?

A small diamond on my wife's wedding band fell out after 2 years of owning it. Not a huge deal, it's whatever. We have had it for 2 years and it's small. Was willing to get it replaced. So she brought the ring in, and somebody took a look at it and said NOOO problem!!! we will replace the diamond for free, and we will ensure the setting isn't loose (turned out it was). So we got the ring back, and not even ONE WEEK LATER! the same diamond fell out while we were at a wedding overseas. One week. So my wife brought it back in to say wtf, you guys "fixed it" but then the same issue happened. You'd think we wouldn't have to pay for it, since they obviously didn't fix the setting. Turns out they want to charge us $100. Whatever. When my wife went to go back after another week of waiting for it to be fixed, they shut the door on her as they were closing and said sorry, everything's locked up. You're a mom and pop shop, not a chain jeweler. You'd think you'd put the customer first and just stay open another 5 minutes to help somebody else. Worst part of it all: the lady said "oh you should have called when it fell out! we probably would have replaced it for free" as she is swiping the credit card. WHAT?! We are telling you now!!! after THOUSANDS and thousands of dollars spent here, no way I am ever stepping foot in there again. For those reasons, I'm out.

Recently went to Del Haven jewelers at People's Plaza. I had lost a stone in my diamond/emerald…read morechannel set ring. I read the reviews online & I totally doubt their reviews. They had my ring for over a month & I called them & asked when my ring would be ready. Finally at the beginning of July & picked up my ring. I was driving home when the so called emerald that they replaced fell out of my ring. Called the immediately & they said to return the ring. I had the stone that fell out. Went back & the next day they called & said the ring was finished. I picked up the ring & noticed that one of the main emeralds had been removed & 2 very bad stones were replaced. I only needed on stone replace, which was low quality. I knew the original stone was taken out. I went to a very reputable jeweler & they told me that the stones were broken & they were glued in (should not be glued in a channel set ring). Beware if you bring in jewelry to be repaired. They are not REPUTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. Again beware!!!
