In my experience, I wouldn't recommend this barbershop if you care about getting a precise haircut or maintaining your hairstyle. I'd rather pay a little more somewhere else for a barber I can trust. If you're considering coming here, I'd recommend doing your research first and choosing carefully.

The music is set to a particular music channel and just too loud; the barbers don't seem too concerned that the music is too much or that it is not appropriate for the younger audience . It's a barber shop - I get it - but the language can be a little heavy at times. I go to another barber shop, and I never have these issues. Half the barbers joke between themselves and cut up; I know this is how they regulate their stress but this is not how you run a franchise location. Case in point: the customer asked why the music kept switching and this was the response to the customer (and I am quoting here): "I am the DJ, and you'll listen to what I want to play." Wow.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone friend or family member . Very unprofessional. Especially the owner. You will notice him as the first barber on the right hand side and the leader of the vibe in the shop. Highly inappropriate conversations. We waited patiently over 45 mins, waiting our turned to be called on to get a haircut. As we waited respectfully we saw five new clients walk in and immediately get acknowledged by the barbers by first name and some even went ahead of us for haircuts. As I was walking up Joel was returning and said he needed 15 minutes. I walked in as he took a customer and seated him at our appt time. He said it would be real quick. The guy had a beard and almost no hair so how long could it take? 30 MINUTES later my son said let's go. I walked over to Joel and said we were leaving. He actually seemed surprised. I told him that I had yelled to get my son out the door to be on time as I told him being on time is important. Joel said he was done (didn't look like it as the customer wasn't moving) and I replied at that point I didn't care. He then offered to cut for free. I didn't care. NO APOLOGY, NO EXPLANATION. I'm sure everyone got an earful how unreasonable I was after I left. I hope that guy you gave our time to is a repeat customer and tips well, because we will never return. This is how to tank your business. I am more than happy to spend more money else where.
