All I did was drop off a brand new 5 piece suit with formal shirt with black buttons to be pressed before my daughter's wedding. He pointed to the camera screen and watched it 3 times claiming the black buttons were not on shirt when I brought it and he told me to leave. I told him to show me the buttons on video, he would not and then he got aggressive came from behind counter to intimidate into leaving. I told him I needed his name and he refused. A woman came out and I should her the spare buttons my tailor provided and she put them on over the existing buttons. This business is shaky to say least. Go somewhere else if you need any dry cleaning or pressing services. The owner lies and can't be trusted. The owner rebutted my previous post but failed to mention that they would not show me the video in spite of my asking several times to bring it into my view. If there is video evidence, PROVIDE it.
