I was able to speak to Patrick owner of PM Heating and AC. Got the complex owner to approve the service call for the weekend after being out almost a week. Patrick also had a full schedule but was able to fit me in on Saturday night. He quickly assessed the issue and had the replacement part needed on his truck. Replaced the component and restored service. He came back later that night to recheck if everything was still working. Great service, very polite and professional. I called the number but got a voicemail however, it gave a number to call in case of an emergency. I called and Tommy answered, Thank God. My issue with this company has been the severe need for more communication between the front office…read moreand the technicians. Their workers showed up unannounced to begin the installation of a new HVAC unit in the property next door to me a day and a half later than I was told, without notice of when they would arrive. When they did arrive at the property, they just walked in and began working without notifying anyone that they were over there. After they had finished, they up and left without saying a word. I received a phone call the next morning asking if they were finished, and after paying I was told that an inspector would come to the property to ensure everything was installed correctly. They never showed. To be fair, I called the inspection company directly and ran into the same issue and eventually gave up trying to get them to come out, so I won't put this entirely on the fault of Service Plus. Lastly, after all of the work had been completed, I had to make several phone calls to the office to correct basic information on my final invoice. This company seems to do quality work, as I haven't had any issues with my new unit. However, they need to do a better job of communicating with their customers and handling things a bit more professionally.
