I was able to speak to Patrick owner of PM Heating and AC. Got the complex owner to approve the service call for the weekend after being out almost a week. Patrick also had a full schedule but was able to fit me in on Saturday night. He quickly assessed the issue and had the replacement part needed on his truck. Replaced the component and restored service. He came back later that night to recheck if everything was still working. Great service, very polite and professional. I've recommended that he be added to the complex vendor approval list. I recommended him 110%!

I called the service I usually use, but was unable to get through to anyone. I looked online, and all the services I could find were located in other towns. Then I saw Tommy's Heating and Air. I called the number but got a voicemail however, it gave a number to call in case of an emergency. I called and Tommy answered, Thank God. He came to my house and found the problem and was able to get the part and had my AC back on in a little over and hour. I know I will use Tommy's again if I need a repair.
