When we brought up our concerns about our palm trees after 6 months, we were shrugged off and told that the warranty for the palm trees was only 30 days, even though we were told a year. They also stated that we should've been following maintenance tips (which we never received). We hate to write poor reviews but felt it was necessary for other future customers to know. We are so sad and disappointed it had to end this way with the company, as we initially left feeling great and taken care of. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case and we would find it hard to trust them again to do future landscaping.
