Turns out no living human ever answers their phone, their chat bot is a joke, and the link on their Returns page will only dump you onto an error page stating, "Page Not Found". Emailing is useless. I've tried twice and no one has replied to me. So, now I'm stuck with a backrest I can't use and no way to return it. Oh, and the cherry on top: If I ever do get someone to get back to me with return info (not holding my breath for that), I'll be required to pay a 15% restocking fee!
