Most amazing customer service! Hunter repaired a chip in my Audi and I can't even see where it was, I actually have to get up close to see the spot where the rock hit!! Wow!! A1 you have a customer for life. NM roads suck, if a semi is dropping rocks police do nothing. So drivers are always getting chips in their windshield and paint. Hunter did the most amazing job! Truly can't say enough about this business. Someone broke into our car by breaking the rear passenger window. We contacted Geico who tried to set us up to see one of their partnering glass businesses, but the reviews for this place were concerning, so I solicited recommendations from coworkers. The recommended business couldn't squeeze us in for days so I went online and contacted A-1 about an hour before close. Brian said he'd order the glass for our Camry directly and that they could do the install in the morning. I almost thought it was too good to be true but sure enough, I arrived around 9am the next morning, handed over my keys, sat on their comfortable leather sofa doing work on my laptop, and barely 30 minutes later had a brand new back passenger window. $300 which I considered a steal. You'd never know this wasn't the original factory window. Having someone break one of your car windows and clean out your car is, at best, a real pain in the ass, and, at worst, a fairly traumatic event. Finding a sympathetic and super helpful business like A-1 made the whole thing sting a little less. Please give these folks your business. read more

I needed to have a 2009 ford fusion front passenger window replaced because of a vandalism incident. Stephanie picked up and scheduled me for a same-day replacement. Upon arrival, the lobby was full, but they both allowed me to sit in the side room. My car was full of things that the thief hadn't taken, so they let me take it all out & put it on one of their pickup trucks in the back. Friendly and pleasant, replaced my RAV4 windshield in 40 minutes. The problems started a few hundred miles down the road, when one of the rubber seals in the bottom corner came loose, started flapping in the wind, and blew away before I could pull over. I can't even express words about A-1!!!!! They're AMAZING!!!!! After another shop botched a window job for me I called Brian at A-1 in tears and told him what happened to me at the other shop. Brian was driving pulled over and gave me a quote. I told him I would be there in the morning. I got there in the AM and he gave me a ride to my office. He later called me on the phone and let me know they found damage from the day before at the other shop. He fixed my window and I picked it up. I had to go back so he could put on the molding that the other shop failed to give back to me. Brian and his team are professional, kind and very understanding.
