My F360 windshield gasket was separating from the roof. In order to replace the gasket a new windshield would be required. However, the windshield was only a couple years old and in good condition. The tech (who I believe was one of the owners) suggested using sealant to secure the gasket in place. And they did this at no charge. Thank you, most today would have went for the big sell. I highly recommend them. A-1 Glass Depot does a really good job of patching windshield stars--they practically disappear. [[HIGHLIGHT]]And the scheduler lady is really nice to deal with.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The only downside is the workers don't protect your car's paint job. I showed up with a brand new vehicle and they scratched the paint near where the windshield was repaired. I'm going to need to polish the clear coat to remove scratches. They really need to cover the painted surface with a microfiber cloth to protect the paint while they work. I would be willing to pay more for the job if it was done carefully. read more

Truly can't say enough about this business. Someone broke into our car by breaking the rear passenger window. We contacted Geico who tried to set us up to see one of their partnering glass businesses, but the reviews for this place were concerning, so I solicited recommendations from coworkers. The recommended business couldn't squeeze us in for days so I went online and contacted A-1 about an hour before close. Brian said he'd order the glass for our Camry directly and that they could do the install in the morning. I almost thought it was too good to be true but sure enough, I arrived around 9am the next morning, handed over my keys, sat on their comfortable leather sofa doing work on my laptop, and barely 30 minutes later had a brand new back passenger window. $300 which I considered a steal. You'd never know this wasn't the original factory window. Having someone break one of your car windows and clean out your car is, at best, a real pain in the ass, and, at worst, a fairly traumatic event. The problems started a few hundred miles down the road, when one of the rubber seals in the bottom corner came loose, started flapping in the wind, and blew away before I could pull over. I can't even express words about A-1!!!!! They're AMAZING!!!!! After another shop botched a window job for me I called Brian at A-1 in tears and told him what happened to me at the other shop. Brian was driving pulled over and gave me a quote. I told him I would be there in the morning. I got there in the AM and he gave me a ride to my office. He later called me on the phone and let me know they found damage from the day before at the other shop. He fixed my window and I picked it up.
