They were very tidy using drop cloths on the carpet and cleaned up after themselves; unlike a lot of handymen/ contractors. Our staircase not only looks better, but is as solid as a rock and not all wobbly like it was before. Our bathroom was a full renovation...including getting rid of awful 1980s wallpaper. Todd was so professional that we went away for a week during the renovation process and trusted him to finish the job while we were away. We came home to a beautiful new room. I really do like how the project turned out and that goes to the sub contractors. Several of them were fantastic and I would highly recommend the sub contractors. Unfortunately, the management of the project was less than. I expected more communication. We were told several times when the manager could not make a meeting or was rushing there to meet for 10min, they were just "so busy with their other projects." Even the owner came at the end to look at a few things and didn't say one word besides hello. Honestly, we are still waiting on them to find a solution to paint on the custom oven hood and I doubt we will ever hear from them. Guess they are just writing off the small payment that's left. We have friends all over Southside and it's a shame that we cannot recommend this company because people ask all the time.

Rebath arrived yesterday near 9am, Sam and James demoed the tile shower, walls and floor, carrying…read morehundreds of lbs of weight down the stairs in rubbermaid totes, then down the front step to their truck. They cleaned as the went and once all the tile, vanity and fixtures were gone, the bath looked so large. Then Sam asked me to come up so I see the floor under the tile shower, it was already leaking, unbeknownst to us and it was just a matter of time before it ruined the downstairs ceiling. He made sure I could see the NEW footprint he had drawn on the floor and I approved the new closet size and door.... very small door. But we are getting the shower we wanted and we have had a closet before, so even narrow is an improvement. When they finished last evening near near 4pm, they cleaned up and closed the door. Today, Sam, James and Dean arrived to work on the subfloor as the toilet was off center and is being turned, so lots of work to be done. The are working fast, but careful and all are so very kind and professional. The set up a canopy in the driveway to have a place to cut all of the wood. Again, cleaning up as they go. It is still early yet, so they probably have another 90-120 min left today, but I know they are exhausted, up and down the 13 interior steps and the 11 exterior steps from the sidewalk to the porch.... at least a hundred times... I am sure they could walk the Grand Canyon once they are done with my bath. More later.... but so far I am very veyr pleased with their work and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.
