Chris Fleming, the project manager, came back out and saw the mess and immediately requested that dispatch send another team out. Diego and Wilbur came today. Dispatch told me before they came that they are an A+ team. They were absolutely wonderful. They cleaned the bathroom until it was spotless. They had to tear out a bit more of the paneling in the basement and some more ceiling tiles and they cleaned and sanitized EVERYTHING in that basement. We are very happy and cannot say enough what an awesome job they did. Thank you to Chris Fleming for making this right, and thank you to Diego and Wilbur for your professionalism and amazing work.

We hired 804 Restore to do an epoxy floor in our basement and it was the worst decision we ever…read moremade. There were seams in the floor, mind you these types of floors are supposed to be seamless. Areas that started bubbling up less than a month after install. No protection of surrounding walls and windows so there is exoxy splatter all over the place. A one year warranty was offered and after notifying Scott and his team about the issues he pushed off the repair work to almost the end of our year warranty. I'm assuming he did this in an attempt to get any additional repair work out of the warranty period. If you care about quality, peace of mind and an honest contractor then do not hire this company for anything. If I could've given less than one star I would have.

I asked why they could not be delivered as I paid full price. Owner reluctantly delivered. My white rug, which was clean from me shampooing it regularly has a yellow tinge to it. Very unsatisfied with results. Would absolutely NOT recommend. I like to support local businesses but unfortunately there is no one to complain to and remedy the problem when there is one owner who is very difficult to work with.
