He didnt seal it correctly and when it rained earlier this year, the leak completely ruined our dash and fabric in the car. We told him about it. He said he would come out and check. In the beginning the communication was good until I was supposed to get the appointment time and nothing... i had to contact them back to verify i still had the appointment and for what time. They came and completed the job and I left everything alone to settle for 24 hours as told before I even looked it over. I noticed this gap and was worried that water could enter. I text the number i was texting prior to the repair and i had offered to go to them since it was something simple but when I found out it was deep in Fontana I didn't want to drive that far so I asked if he could have his person come out and he said no that warranty repair is in office only! So instead of trying to text I called and asked for a supervisor and long story short, he said he (junior) was the owner, i had to deal with him. I explained to him that I feel that it's not a warranty issue when it wasn't completed the first time. I asked him and I was honestly speaking calmly. I've tried to reach out several times to get my job completed as the mechanisms worked prior to being tampered. Another update just to warm potential customers. I did follow through and took him to small claims court due to his refusal to fix his flawed work on my windshield. There was proof of service to him and it was on zoom and he failed to show for the hearing (even with it being virtual) the judge awarded me a substantial sum which he is required to pay. So I think he will pay willingly..I doubt it.. but if I went this far I will go farther to ensure I get my money from him. Short review: Use Express Auto Glass instead. This guy basically stole $200 from me and took 3 months to not install my window. Long review: I'll start by saying I never leave negative reviews, this is actually my first. Most times decent businesses will do the right thing to make up for a negative experience. I've given this guy too many opportunities to do the right thing. I had two windows that needed to be replaced. He came and replaced one window promptly and without issue. The second window was out of stock so he needed to special order it so I paid a $200 deposit and he was going to return to install it when it arrived. This was Nov. 28th. I messaged him with no response for two weeks. He got back to me on Dec. 13th and we scheduled to install Dec. 22nd. He no showed with no notice. I texted and called multiple times with no response. Comical because he has read receipts on his phone so I know he saw my messages, he just chose to ignore them. Then we scheduled Jan 13th. He didn't show. Jan. 17th I got him to commit to another installation date. He didn't show. Jan. 25th he committed to morning installation. No show, no call, no text. I've asked for my money back for the $200 and he hasn't responded. This process began November 28th, 2022. Today is February 2nd and I have neither my window nor my $200. Don't waste your time or money with this guy. I called Express Auto Glass and they ordered the window because it was out of stock and they came and installed it for the same price within 3 days. read more
