The inside was clean and looked like a normal bar. The service was great. Ashley was bustling around to all the tables and the bar! I got this drink with Door County cherry vodka, and it was really good. The cheese curds were also great and only four dollars during happy hour! I also ordered the mushroom Swiss burger. The menu recommended a double patty and I figured it was because they were smash burgers. From my understanding, smash burgers were typically thin and crispy patties. Unfortunately, this was not the case. They were much thicker than I imagined and a double was way more than I could handle, a single would have been perfect. There wasn't really any crisp to them and they were pretty heavy and greasy. I actually forgot that the burger was supposed to come with Riley sauce then I saw a nice bite with some of it, but when I went for it all I tasted was hamburger grease. The cheese fries were pretty good and I would definitely get those again. I would also love to try some of their other menu items and maybe even give the (single) burger another chance one day! read more

Still five stars for Riley's Bar + Burger. Riley's gets rotated in and out of my book club and I'm always happy when we meet here. Great beer at reasonable prices and delicious food. This time I went with the burger of the week, the best burger. The brat patty with the waygu patty, sauerkraut, cheese and mustard was so good. It was nice outside so we took advantage of the large outdoor space they have. As it was still quite sunny, I was appreciative of the umbrellas at all the tables. For drinks, you order at the window when outside. Food can be ordered at the table. There are water dishes available for your furry friend if you bring them with you. read more

Riley's is my new favorite burger spot. They have an amazing outdoor area with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, and a window to order drinks at so you don't have to go all the way inside. You order food off a QR code and they deliver it to your table. The burgers are flavorful, juicy, and topped with a delicious sauce and jalapeños. Hankering for a big smasher (my high school nickname, JK) so I Yelped it up. Riley came up, they were open for lunch on Friday's, so off I went!! It is spacious and there is plenty of outside seating as well. I was the only person there, so the ambiance was me. :) The bartender was friendly and helpful on the ordering. We also had a good talk about pickles and the debate if they are food worthy. I ordered the Riley, their namesake burger, no pickles and sauce on the side. It came out hot and fresh. The jalapenos were a nice touch. Great burger!! I think it was a Martin's roll, and the a la carte fries were seasoned nicely and fresh. I tried that IPA for a drink because it had zero alcohol. Quite tasty and I didn't miss the alcohol. Couple things i wish the patties were seasoned a little bit more and the prices are up there for a burger. The big smasher craving was cured and if it ever comes along again, Riley's will fit the bill. read more

This was our first time trying Riley's and we were most certainly not disappointed. The outdoor seating and music was fantastic and it was so nice seeing all of the dogs as well! Ok this place deserves alllllll the amazing reviews! We LOVED our smash burger. The sauce is amazing and the burgers really do taste high quality. The sides were delicious as well. Their ranch is top tier. A little of a dill flavor to it that we really enjoyed. It is fresh so expect a little bit of a wait. I love that you can bring your dog here and enjoy the back patio! They had activities like corn hole as well! I took off a star because the tots were pretty expensive for what you get. Granted they were delicious. But just my opinion. Moved into the neighborhood and Riley's was one of our first stops. It was so quick and easy. We sat outside and did not go inside because we had our dog. Dogs are only allowed outside. I wanted and aperol spritz however they do not have aperol so the bartender suggested another spritz and it tasted very similar! We loved the waygu burgers & fries. Great burger. I had the Mushroom Swiss and my guy had the Riley. Both were seasoned and cooked perfectly. It's amazing how juicy these babies are. Fries were also outstanding. There's a fine line between being under and over slated. These were perfect. The onion rings are super tasty but if I had a complaint, it would be that there were only 5 in the order. That's a miss. Excellent first visit. Shared the Burger Battle winner Pastrami Royale, Double Wagyu Smashburger with cheese and side of fries. The burger patties were nicely seasoned, and the meat to bun ratio was great, and the bun was soft and fresh, slightly butter and finished on the flattop. The fries were perfectly salted an crisp. When you come in, you order drinks at the bar and then place your order on the QR code they have. The servers there were polite, but I wish they were more informed about the menu when I had questions about the food. Smashburgers are my one of my favorite bar meals. The cheeseburgers were juicy and flavorful. The meat has the crispy exterior that makes the burgers special. The fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned. Stoked to have a new Riley's location in Bayview with a burger focus! This area is such a good place for dog-friendly spaces. We sat inside the repurposed building, which had a decent amount of room to hang out. The outdoor space was a true gem, with all the tables and space for pups to move around. The full menu isn't up yet, but the burgers are delicious. Had the Riley's double, and boy was she a juicy burger, prepared to ask for extra napkins. They also have a veggie option. The staff was so attentive and friendly, and made an inviting space. The drinks were great, and I especially loved the housemade strawberry lemonade. It's so exciting Riley's opened up a new spot, especially in Bayview! I love how they repurposed an old building and made it into a fun hang out spot. It's really spacious outside with plenty of room for all the dogs which is something the other spaces don't have. Then another gentleman came by to ask if we had ever been there before. They both Made us feel like old friends! I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger and it was utter perfection!! Soft bun and wonderful sauce. So many delicious mushrooms. It's a smash burger and it comes as a single or double. I ordered a single. It was superb!! Overpriced, Overhyped, and a Total Letdown I tried Riley's Burger and Bar once and that was more than enough. The food is completely overpriced and overhyped. The burgers were dry, bland, and lacked any real flavor -- pretty disappointing for a city that knows how to do burgers right. On top of that, they charge extra for basic toppings, which is ridiculous given the already inflated prices. The drinks were just as bad. Overpriced, watered down, and the bartender couldn't even make a simple margarita correctly. For what they charge, you'd expect at least a decent drink, but that clearly isn't the case here. Overall, this place completely misses the mark. Between the bad food, weak drinks, and pointless upcharges, I won't be going back -- and I strongly recommend spending your money somewhere else. read more

The service is good. The people are nice and helpful. You have to order on line or at a kiosk. The wings were good. The tap beer is warm. And the smash burgers are so thin, that with the toppings you cant tell there is a burger there. There are way more places to get burgers at this price that are bigger and better read more
