Mike is an amazing bartender. There's really not much around here, but Rollies is a great place.

An old school bar with a big and delicious hamburger. I returned a couple of times, and the hamburger is always big and always delicious.

We had 3 different people come to our table to see how things were going which was really nice. The owner even stayed a while to talk about the business and his other restaurants in the area. Started with a Scotch Egg and I had the Cottage Pie, my wife had the Fish and Chips and we finished with the Sticky Pudding. Everything tasted great. Have to say, the ordering by phone was a little challenging, but we figured it out. Great addition to the Public Market. Definitely will be back.

This restaurant sits in the Mequon Public Market and legitimately has better fried fish (and chips) than St. Paul Fish Market just across the parking lot, as crazy as that sounds. The batter is light but crispy, and there's a generous cut of fish under the relatively "fluffy" exterior and the fries were fresh and awesome. They also have a respectable beer selection, plus some good cocktails on offer. We were acknowledged and never ignored by staff even though there's an option to order everything through a QR code on the table. The manager stopped by a few times to check on us before it got overly busy, which was also nice. I'm excited to come back here and enjoy the patio when it warms up.

During these times of Covid and it's variants people and family are looking for things to do that…read moreare outdoor music and food related. I was lucky to run into some neighbors from Brown deer who said they were going to meet at the brick yard. I said you mean the Brick from Tim Wren on Green Bay ave. They said it's new. By the new library, mind you I've been absent for about a year and nine months so giving me directions to a new place that popped up less than a year ago it's not helping so I followed them down to Brown Deer Rd in the old section close to the electric power wires and the oak park bike trail across the street from the Audi dealership to the south side of Brown deer Road. They had a musician on a small stage located inside of a small container box previously used for shipping also re-purposed was the main bar area that had flip up windows all around it that was made with two storage containers stuck together the restrooms are basically a bunch of Porta potty's and conveniently placed throughout the whole area are Handwashing and hand sanitizing stations with probably the strongest alcohol levels I've ever had put on my hands without burning my skin off. Location has plenty of picnic tables lots of open space with access for bikers and community. Music and food rotate. so it's constantly changing. the service on Thursday night was perfect. Sorry for the typos and run on I'm doing this on an iPhone 6. 6/21

Made it back to Foxtown for the first time in awhile. Took our family, and met another family there…read morea well. With having four kids in tow, we requested the room in back where all of the arcade games are, to give the littles space to move around without disrupting others. It's definitely a little quieter up there, with a fair bit less ambiance, but that was fine with us. Service was on the slower end, but still a friendly guy. We first ordered some cheese curds for the table and damn are those good here. Big in size, too. A few brews were had, along with a margarita for me. Very tasty. We then ordered chicken tenders from the kids for our boys to split, and I went with brisket tacos. Tacos are on the pricey side, but certainly delicious. Overall a place we'll continue to return to!

I am absolutely FURIOUS about our experience at Foxtown Brewing…read more This place was a COMPLETE DISASTER from the second we sat down. Our drinks were WRONG. The kitty cocktail didn't even have cherries in it -- how hard is it to put TWO CHERRIES in a glass? And the root beer tasted straight-up disgusting. Flat, weird, just BAD. That was the first sign this whole thing was going to be a mess. But here's the part that really makes my blood boil: WE WAITED ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD. AN HOUR. AND. FIFTEEN. MINUTES. And it NEVER CAME. Not once did anyone give us a real explanation. No urgency. No apology that meant anything. Just nothing. We were sitting there starving while tables around us were getting served. After wasting over an hour of our lives, we finally said screw this and canceled our order. We walked out hungry and beyond irritated. And you know what? We went to a FAST FOOD place afterward and it was FASTER, BETTER, and actually COMPETENT. That's honestly embarrassing for a place that's supposed to be a legit restaurant. Completely unacceptable. Ridiculous service. A total waste of time and money. I am beyond disappointed -- I'm pissed. Do better.
