That was the first sign this whole thing was going to be a mess. But here's the part that really makes my blood boil: WE WAITED ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD. AN HOUR. AND. FIFTEEN. MINUTES. And it NEVER CAME. Not once did anyone give us a real explanation. No urgency. No apology that meant anything. Just nothing. We were sitting there starving while tables around us were getting served. After wasting over an hour of our lives, we finally said screw this and canceled our order. We walked out hungry and beyond irritated. And you know what? We went to a FAST FOOD place afterward and it was FASTER, BETTER, and actually COMPETENT. That's honestly embarrassing for a place that's supposed to be a legit restaurant. Completely unacceptable. Ridiculous service. A total waste of time and money.
