I stopped here while shopping at Cermak for an adult beverage. The place is big with a bar, hi tables behind the bar with more tables in the back room. The back room also a pool table and they have an assortment of taps with a full bar. The bartender with the glasses is always friendly on my visits. The menu is small with the basics and I posted pictures. The kitchen is small and I saw that they had a char grill so I ordered the classic 44 burger rare which is lettuce, tomato, raw onion, avocado, cheddar and mayo which sounded good that came with frys and a pickle spear. My lunch looked great with batter frys, egg wash bun and leaf lettuce which is great combination. For some reason and maybe it's a new grill or something but the beef didn't have a big char flavor compared to other char broiled burger places. My burger was cooked between medium and rare leaning on medium which is ok. The cheeseburger was tasty with the fresh topping, fresh bun, avocado and the small char grill flavor. The frys were thin/battered and seasoned nicely so did I get the menu up charge seasoned frys by mistake, who knows but I really liked them. Overall the place had friendly service and a decent better than average bar burger with some different frys .

Still wasn't a bad burger even though I requested medium.

I was here this past Sunday to catch a Packer's game with a friend of mine and wanted a change of scenery. When we were there it was a little quiet and there was going to be a private party in the back so we thought maybe things will start to pick up when the game starts. We were told during the first quarter of the game they hand out free Modelo on tap and baby talk about a cold and crisp tapper! I went back and forth on what I wanted to have for lunch during the game so I just with a simple cheeseburger with fries on the side and asked for it to be medium. As we watching the game more and more people started showing up and was full quick. I liked the music between commercials and was a pretty down to earth crowd. When I got my burger I took bite because I was starving and noticed that it was medium well to almost well but it wasn't dried out and was still a decent burger. Fries were cooked a touch too long but were doable and you got plenty of them. I have to say the bartender was on her A game slinging drinks for the front and back part of the bar so kudos to her. I feel there was no need to provide pics of the joint because Steven T. lad that on lock lol. The only criticism would be the cook. He was salt of the earth, but it was the sagging for me. I can't speak for everyone but no one wants to see that. I don't want to see where someone's shirt ends and where the top of their draws start. I won't let this deter me from coming back because the staff was great and especially the bartender.

Nestled among a lively stretch of bars and restaurants, it has a fun atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in for a few hours. I stopped by during March Madness, and despite it being the middle of the day, the place was buzzing with fans watching the tournament. The bartender--who was the only one working at the time--did a phenomenal job keeping up with the crowd. While drinks occasionally took a little longer, she handled the rush with professionalism and a great attitude. One thing that really stood out was the bar itself; it's impressively long, possibly the biggest I've seen in a venue of this size. The food was exactly what you want from a sports bar: satisfying, flavorful, and the perfect complement to an afternoon of college basketball. I'd definitely stop back to watch another game.

Saw this place on the walk back to our car and stopped in for a couple drinks and some appetizers. We were very happy we did. We sat at the bar and it was fairly empty at the time, which was a Thursday around 1pm. The bar is so beautiful with all of the copper details. It feels very clean with an upscale look but doesn't feel like it's too fancy to stop in on a regular day. Our bartender was awesome and she was training a new person that day so she was happy when we chose some fun cocktails for the newbie to make. Our favorite was the Beet Marshall. Oh my gosh is this a delicious cocktail! Unique too! Very refreshing, light. And fantastic color! My partner tried the Rhubarb Negroni which was also very good but we both decided Beet Marshall was the winner! We had the fresh pork rinds for an appetizer, came out sizzlin and poppin! Yes!! We also had the Cajun dill curds they were really good, not too heavy with just enough seasoning. I think this place is a great spot to check out anytime! They had tvs at the bar so sports fans could see their favorite games while enjoying a drink and some food. The locals at the bar seemed like they knew everyone and that this was the place to gather.

Erika is usually my server and does a great job so I only ask for her section after the b*tch from a previous visit. Erika is very accommodating with my recent request at duplicating a version of the St Louis Slinger which is basically hash browns topped with eggs and covered with chili, St Louis has a meat patty of sausage or beef but it's not necessarily needed in Milwaukee. Today I was getting out of my comfort zone and getting lunch for the first time that would be fried chicken which Erika says is a favorite that I was skeptical about but she was spot on. It comes with a potato side and soup of the day, I opted for cream of broccoli and mashed potatoes with gravy. The cream of broccoli soup was hot and great on a winter day. The mashed potatoes were skin on with ample gravy. Surprisingly the fried chicken was excellent but under seasoned that was moist/juicy with a light crispy coating and very good. Overall there doing something right because I keep back for almost 12 years now and had I have I known that the fried chicken was fresh cooked to order and so good I would have ordered it years ago.

It did not smell damp or like there had been any water in there at all. They did a nice job renovating after that horrible storm. We were greeted warmly at the door by a nice woman and seated right away. It was warm in there even though it was cold outside. The temperature was just right! Our friends recommended the ribeye as it's their favorite so that's what we ordered. Unfortunately, they were out of the ribeye so we all got New York Strip steaks with eggs. The steaks were perfectly cooked, along with everything else. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The chef even came out to ask us how our food was and to apologize about the ribeyes being out of stock. Halfway through our meal we had to add two more people and without question our server pushed another table against ours to add space and then took their order and got their drinks and food out quickly. This was our first time at Zebb's and it was a great experience. We will be returning!
