If I could give this place a zero star, then I would. I just went through the wash for my nasty Nissan car. I paid the $12 one so My car looks nice and clean again. I left the place, and ITS STILL DIRTY! How does that work? I don't get it. I will never come back here again because that's a ripoff. I would recommend to not go there as well... Maybe if this car wash would quit double dipping from my bank account every time I use their debit machine, they could receive a better star rating. The first time I used this car wash right after it reopened under new management, I got charged twice for one car wash. The only problem is the second charge didn't show up until a few weeks after the initial charge in my bank account. I find it alarming that they dipped again with such a lapsed time frame. And who has got time to babysit their bank accounts for this nonsense? I figured a new business just has kinks to work out, so I let it go but didn't use the car wash for months because of this. Well, finally gave it a second go- used debit transaction for a car wash on Feb 6, the amount posted on Feb 8th and then today I noticed I just got another pending charge in my bank account for the same car wash! Wtfreak?!? This needs to stop! They're making a killing on car washes for all the customers who aren't catching this crap! They better fix this or I will report it to the BBB. read more

This place used to have the best car wash in town. They recently changed ownership and decided to go with a touch less car wash. It's a waste of time and money. It only cleans the upper half of your car- and does a half ass job of that. The lower half of my car was just as dirty as it was before the wash. The place is pretty useless. I think more money was spent on the cheesy neon lights than on the quality of the was. Unless your only looking to wash half your car, avoid this place. read more

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DON'T EVER GO HERE!!!!Be CAREFUL!!! Little did I know when I brought my car here for a simple oil change that it would affect my entire life. I never could have imagined that four and a half months later I would be paying on a car I can no longer drive. As a single mom with one income this is life altering. We had just pulled in for an oil change. The kid working there lifted the hood and started. Not even five minutes in and flames started shooting from the engine. My son and I were sitting in the car. We jumped out of the car immediately and were told by the employee that I would have to leave my car so that they could make sure everything was ok. They took it to Gold Country who I have no doubt are their friends or co-shop as they inspected the car and indicated that there was no fire damage. I should have taken into my own shop then and reported it to my insurance as there is no way that the did a complete or full inspection. How can they tell if any seals or parts melted due to the file without taking anything apart? In any event I trusted what they said. They advised that they completed the oil change (noting on the paperwork that the fire was due to my failure to not timely get oil changes, which is absolute BS, I just regularly don't take it there and know I know why!) and that there was no damage and I was good to go. Fast forward two months and my car completely stalls out on the middle of highway 49 putting my son and my life in danger yet again. I get the car home and it is completely out of oil. I mean the oil does not even register on the dip stick. They never completed the oil change. I tried to call and talk to someone and Ethan manager there was extremely unprofessional and rude to me, even called me "suspicious" for not calling right away. He already accused me for the fire and advised that they were in no way at fault so why would I call him? I spoke to Clay a general manager and he advised me to take the car back to the original Gold Country shop that had said there was no damage without a proper evaluation. They proceeded to be extremely rude and advise that the damage is definitely caused by lack of oil but that it is my fault as it was driven 10 thousand miles. This is also not true. The car was driven very limited for two months prior to "blowing up due to no oil" . This company refuses to do anything at all. They are liars and cheaters and have no idea what they are doing. They have no problem taking from a single mother who has no other transportation and is forced to continue to make payments on a car that was ruined by this company's lack of experience and lies. This place has been changed into a touchless car wash facility under new ownership. The new wash will not clean the bugs off your car. Only high pressure water spray, which is not effective.....same as Rancheria's car wash. Too bad, I used to go here all the time, when the employees did a pre-scrubbing of the car (and I tipped them everytime)! They don't do that anymore.
