I am writing to report a serious and urgent concern involving a store manager located at store #7430 RimTyme - Indianapolis, IN. A voicemail was left on my husband's phone by a RimTyme manager stating that one of the options they would take is coming to our home to flatten his tires. This statement was communicated as a potential action related to our account. I have reviewed the contract, including the termination and repossession provisions, and there is no authorization for tire deflation or property damage. The voicemail threatening this action is inconsistent with the contract and does not appear to align with RimTyme policy. The account is currently current. Regardless of account status, threatening damage to a customer's vehicle or property is unlawful and deeply concerning. We have preserved the voicemail and are requesting immediate corporate review of this matter. Please confirm that this conduct is not RimTyme policy and advise on next steps to ensure there is no further threatening or inappropriate communication from the local store. We will be contacting your corporate customer service number today to ensure this matter is handled immediately. Do not shop here because I know tons of people that have gotten rims that were broken and covered up with paint. They also charge full price for these used rims with bad customer service. That took me to court for some bad rims they sold to me cracked and didn't figure it out until my tire kept going flat and found the paint covering the cracks. In they end they will pay much more for the 4 thousand they charged me. read more

The customer service is trash. i called to talk to the manager about an complaint and he puts me on speakerphone so the other employees can hear me and they all in the background laughing like it's a joke. it was very dry when I walked in and they was lazy to even help me. They didnt call me when my tire was ready and then had me sitting over 30min to only put three cars in front of me and laughed it off like that was ok. Then to tell me I have to make an appointment and said it was my brother responsibility to inform me because he's a mechanic there in which it's not his responsibility and the manager was being lazy like his employees and was argumentative and they was rude. never would I recommend or ever purchase from here again. read more
