If you are wanting to sample their menu, I highly recommend getting the Caballo Bayo. They have a 2 person or 4 person option and it comes with a little bit of everything! There is fried cheese, chicharrones, sausage, Churrasco steak, chicken, eggs, fried plantains, sweet plantains, and so much more. You can't forget to order the Fresco de Cacao! They import fresh cacao beans from Nicaragua and grind them up with milk to make their Fresco and it is unlike anything I've ever had.

It is typically accompanied by curtido (a spicy cabbage slaw), and tomato salsa, and is traditionally eaten by hand, without the use of utensils. The exact origin of the pupusa has not been proven." Yummy stuff my fellow Yelpers. At about $2 apiece you can't get a better lunch under $5. On every visit I see them peeling tamarinds for the Aguas Frescas here, super fresh and delicious! Everyone at El Mana is a volunteer, with proceeds going to the construction of a church. Eat Pupusas, do good!
