Turkey Sandwich with 4. Cup of Mac and Cheese

Brisket 1/4 lb. Plate with potato salad and beans. I added a sausage link

This place changed a lot. You no longer order at the counter, great. But now that you get a menu, they shrunk the menu?! They don't have the giant chicken sandwich anymore. Service was good, I liked my lean brisket. My son said the moist brisket wasn't very moist. We had to ask for bbq sauce, our container was practically empty. The sausage was not good. Potato salad was ok, the fries were pretty good. I love the look of this place but the food just wasn't the same as it used to be.

    Best burger!!

Best burgers in town , only four options but, you don't need more. I had the one with grilled jalapeños and onions and my daughters had the one with brisket and sausage. We love them !!

We arrived later in the evening so there wasn't anyone else in the restaurant. Both my wife and I ordered the brisket plate. Overall, we thought the brisket was good. I enjoyed the fries and beans as well. Bbq sauce that they offered had a good flavor to it. If I'm being picky, I like toasted bread with my bbq but beggars can't be choosers. If you plan on paying with card, please bring cash for the tip!

I have the opportunity today to stop in here and have lunch. I was traveling from Dallas Fort Worth and had a little time to kill before my appointment here in Laredo. I went in and ordered, got hooked up to their Internet and worked in place calls while I ate. It was quiet cool, and they were so nice. I had the stuffed baked potato and it was so good. Recommend it highly.

The brisket at Ringos! 18.99 a pound!
    John B.

I seriously believe this may be the worst brisket I have ever had, and I paid 18.99 a pound for it. Dry, old and tough, they should probably charge 25.00 a pound and call it Jerky! If anyone tries this brisket please don't think this is what Texas brisket really taste like! On the plus side, the girl at the drive through was awesome and very polite. The Sausage link was very good, so was the sauce, and they gave me lots of pickles and bread. Just very disappointed in the brisket!

Hello, Let's talk BBQ! I've seen this place a few times getting out of work and decided to give it a shot. I didn't know what to expect because since moving to Laredo, my dining experiences haven't been the greatest.  As I'm walking towards the restaurant I can smell the smoke and the meat sweats in the air.. I just knew I was in for a treat.. Boom! Doc Holiday on the wall! Great rustic atmosphere where I felt like I was back in 1800s Saloon with two six shooters at my hips cheating in shady game of poker. I scanned the menu and decided to aim for the six shooter burger with seasoned fries. Also a side order of brisket fries... Oh man! Oh man! The bread on the burger was so fluffy yet firm and didn't get soggy as it held thick patties of ground beef and brisket, thick bacon, cheese, and fresh veggies.. They're not playing games here folks.. Great flavor! The brisket fries topped with cheddar cheese! Lordy, after I took the first serving into my pie hole I felt like I could hold my own agaisnt anyone In good ol Mexican standoff! Pew Pew! .. I recommend this place to anyone! Even the vegetarians! I will go back sometime week like a motived bounty hunter! Some man ordered ribs next me and a part of me wanted grab the left over bones and eat what he didn't want.. Shut the front door! Don't get your panties in bunch over lunch or dinner.. Go to Ringos eat your little heart out! Yours Truly... Too Real #meatinyourmouth

The Doc Holiday 1/2 patty, sliced sausage, chopped brisket, bacon, and a fried egg!

Watch out San Antonio! While visiting family here in Laredo TX just had one of the best/different burgers I ever had! OMG...Just had the DOC HOLIDAY burger - 1/2 LB patty, sliced sausage, chopped brisket, bacon, cheese and topped with a fried egg here in Laredo TX. Dam it was good! And the fries were outstandin too, Nice and crispy with a nice season on them. If you want something different instead of the same o same o, this is the place. Come Hungry!!

Had the Hoss Hamburger and Brisket Fries. The bun was buttery and soft. The meat on the hamburger and fries were top notch. This is the best hamburger and loaded fries I have had in years. If they were in Austin I would easily gain 200lbs!

I saw this restaurant on the Texas Bucket List for the burger of the week. They feature the Doc Holiday burger. It was fantastic. Food and service was awesome. The owner was talking to us helping us out. I believe they call him Ringo. He was great. Food came our fast hot and amazing. Prices were great as well. The building is very nice. We came from Corpus Christi and placed this restaurant a must visit on our to do list

The buffalo chicken sandwich was really good. As you can tell from the pic it was HUGE. Fries were also great. Overall great spot!

Chicken enchiladas, charro beans, mac&cheese, salsa verde.
    Nick N.

Great place! Was in Laredo 3 months working, ate here MANY times! Family owned/run. Mgr David hooked me up with free chicken enchiladas on my last night there as a 'thank you' for eating there so often, & that's a first after traveling for the last 9 yrs eating at many places. Food is good quality & excellent value for the price, most items come with 1 or 2 sides & its all the food I could eat in 1 sitting. Brisket & chicken are excellent. Brisket tacos were 1 of my favs, & the brisket/sausage sandwich is a close 2nd, the charro beans are also excellent! Didn't care for the chicken fried chicken, but that's the only thing I didn't care for. Great food, good people, nice interior, highly recommend this place!

It's moved into a shopping center close to the Arena. When we got there - there was a large table about 12-16 that looked like they'd been there awhile since their they all had drinks and orders where not taken while we were there. There was also another large table (10-12) that had left since it was evidenced by all the dirty plates and cups left behind. I hoped that it wasn't an omen for our experience to come. We sat at an available table that had extra glasses and unexplainable crumbs which were picked up. We waited for the rest of our party (2) for about 15 minutes and I noticed a couple of other tables filling up. I also noticed that there were no plates being delivered to the large table. Hmmmm. Red flag. We got our coffees while we waited. We then ordered- chilaquiles, 2 tacos, 2 huevos rancheros plates. While we wait for over an hour, I finally start seeing one and two plates being delivered to that large table. I thought - man we are in trouble. During this time at least one table walked out. And still people were coming and all waiting. And waiting and waiting. By the time we got our food it was close to an hour and a half, the chilaquiles were lukewarm at best and the tacos were served in reheated tortillas. I know those- it's when the flour tortilla ends up getting on the crispy side. Sent the chilaquiles back and did not reorder. How can you serve it to a customer when the cheese has been melted and they waited too long that the cheese cooled and congealed. We were patient but damnnnnnnn an hour and a half for a Mexican breakfast. Yikes! Maybe they didn't expect the large parties or maybe one of the cooks called in. But daaaaaanggg... waiting for almost an hour and a half for food.... not sure what to say about that.... please someone let me know if their turnaround times from order to delivery improves.

Luckily I found this place on yelp and I couldn't have been more pleased. I made a reservation and I had to change the time, they had no problem with this and accommodated for us. When we got there, they had a table ready and welcomed us in a friendly fashion. They quickly came and took our orders and started handing out plates quick. The food was great! Several people got different plates since a lot of their options are under $15 and none of them had regrets. The portions were huge and I can honestly say the have the best fish tacos I have ever had. Hands down! You HAVE to try them!

There are bars on every window and a bit rundown down but the parking lot had a ton of cars. That speaks volumes! They brought chips and salsa and we ordered some margaritas. Just a note, they don't do Cadillac. The were good, not great. Same with the Pina Colada. My husband ordered the crispy tacos and I the tres enchiladas with a salad. The salad was all iceberg lettuce with an interesting dressing with a tangy flair.
