My husband and I took a trip to Fremont so he could fish on the wolf River for white bass. After a…read morecouple hours of fishing we decided it was time for lunch. Right by the docks where we were is the Bridge Bar and restaraunt. They have ample indoor seating and a large patio overlooking the docks and river. We chose a table outside and were quickly greeted by our server. Upon reviewing the menu I decided on a cheeseburger and fries. The burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were crispy and hot. The food here is great, the service is great and the views are great. We will definitely be back next time we visit Fremont!

After reviewing the menu, I decided on the Burbon Bacon Mushroom Burger. Any one of those items are good, but all 4 together, that's a grand slam. I enjoyed the river view and a beer while I waited. People fishing, boaters cruising the river, and nice patio dining. My burger was up in about a half hour. This qwa a 1/3 pound burger topped with crispy applewood smoked bacon, mushrooms and provolone cheese served with bourbon sauce. It came with a side of crispy potato chips. The burger was cooked to a perfect medium and the melted cheese ran down the sides of the bun when I bit into it. It was loaded with sautéed mushrooms and crispy thick sliced bacon. The burger was drizzled with a sweet and tangy sauce that had hint of Bourbon. The chips may have been homemade, I'm not sure, but there were plenty of them. This burger will forever live on my best burger list. This meal and this place is worth returning to when in Fremont again

We've been wanting to visit Anglers Bar & Grill in Fremont for a while now, and it happened to be…read moreon our way from Waupaca on Taco Tuesday...which is also Bingo night! The parking lot was packed, but we were starving, so we went inside and found the brightest bar we've ever seen. Obviously the lights were on full strength for bingo night and it was full of people having fun playing Bingo! The bar was full all the way around, but we found one tiny, empty table on the wall that we were able to snag! We ordered our drinks from the bar and a server came out to take our orders. We started with the taco fries, which were on special, since it was Taco Tuesday - so yummy! We caught the last couple of rounds of bingo...while we waited for our food. We enjoyed watching and listening to everyone play bingo. The menu was loaded with choices and we both ended up ordering the Philly Cheesesteak. This was a fun time with yummy food...so we can't wait to visit again!

The billboard says "where the locals go" so We thought it would be good. We were happy we did. I had the Perch and my husband had the all you can eat Pollock. Both were very good but surprisingly I liked the pollock better. Great service We definitely will be back.

I can't believe that I haven't written a review for this place. Every time we go up to our cottage…read morein nearby Cascade, more often than not, we end up here! It's a great family friendly atmosphere, with options for everyone. I LOVE their pizza. I'm originally from Chicago, so I'm pretty picky about pizza. I can't tell you what else is on the menu because I always get the same thing!!! ;) Sometimes they have a salad bar which is a fave with my boyfriend and his siblings. The only reason I don't partake is because I want to save room for the pizza! The service is fast and friendly. Everyone who works here is so nice. One night we came in just before they were about to close. They didn't kick us out like I had feared! They were happy to serve our hungry bunch. Made me like this place even more!!! We will definitely be back!

This is the 2nd and back to back bad experience with this place. The first one, we ordered a pizza…read moreand wings to go. When my husband picked up the order he forgot we had wings, therefore did not notice he didn't receive them, yet was charged and paid for them. When he got home and we realized what happened, I immediately called and explained and asked them to please credit my card for the wings. The person refused and said "the next time you order, let us know and we'll include wings at no charge". I said I did not want to do that, but she cut me off and said that's all I can do. I was very unhappy. So after a few months passed, we ordered this weekend because our favorite pizza spot, Dino's, does not have Taco pizza and we wanted a variety of pizza for a get together so we ordered from DeO's. I mentioned the chicken wings- "sorry if you don't have a gift certificate I can't do anything". Ok, I knew that was going to happen and I decided to just let it go. I ordered 3 different pizzas for a total of $65. So I take the pizzas to the party, we open up the boxes, the crust on the Taco pizza is not cooked through, and the large Deluxe looked thrown together with blobs of cheese, we ordered extra cridog thin crust-it wasn't even thoroughly cooked-it was doughy, and it must have been too hot when it was tossed in the box because the crust was stuck to the cardboard making it impossible to remove the pieces -total waste of money. I called DeO's and a "manager" was given the phone. I explained to her what happened and she immediately said "the next time you come in or call in tell us and we'll give you a free pizza". I said absolutely not, I want at a minimum, 50% credit for this pizza on my card --she then told me, "I can't hear you. Absolutely the last time we will throw money away at this establishment. Terrible service and a pizza we couldn't eat.
