    a burrito wrapped in foil
    Steve W.

Food was good but on the menu it states eat the GIGANTE 2lb burrito get a t-shit and a spot on the wall of fame. Ate the burrito ready to hurl go ask for t-shirt only to be told "oh we don't do that anymore". Then take it off the menu!!! WTH!! All my buddies urging me on, laughing then telling me go get your shirt bro! --- False advertising I tell ya!!! all in good fun. Do wish I would have known I wouldn't have made myself feel like I will explode. Good food good staff worth a stop in.

This is my go to when I'm in Bloomfield. I've been going for 20 years at this point and it tastes the same.

I didn't even recognize my "chicken enchilada" platter. It was cold, tasteless and so disappointing. This place has really gone downhill.

This business makes some seriously good and authentic Mexican street taco's. My carne Asada…read more(Steak) and Al Pastor (pork) taco's were well made and ohhh sooo tasty. From the doubled up corn tortillas, to the tender well cooked meat, cilantro and their wonderful sautéed onions these Street style Taco's are as authentic as anything you would get in Mexico. The gratis house chips and Salsa were equally tasty and a nice complement to the Taco's all being washed down with a sugar cane based Mexican coke. The total bill came in at a very reasonable cost of $12 which is a great value in today's economy and a great deal by any standard. Relative to staff and facility, this appears to be a small family run business where the restaurant itself is located in a small strip mall at the corner of Franklin and Square Lake Rd with an equally small footprint for the restaurant. This is a very unpretentious business (think hole in a wall but in a nice way) with a limited number of dining tables and small staff. Having said that, I had no problem in getting seated and getting my order taken and food brought out in fairly quick order! I have been on a kick for a while now trying to find the best taco joint in the the northern Oakland county area and have to say this is as good as I have come across up to now and am a big fan of this business. If you are into well made authentic Mexican street taco's than this is a must visit for you. This was my first visit here and definately will not be my last where I will be combining this dining venue with my regular Bloomfield Hills Costco trips which is a Quarter mile from the restaurant.

Excellent Mexican Street taco joint. For my first visit here I ordered two Asada (steak) street…read moretaco's that were very authentic and had only cilantro, both fresh cut and sautéed onions, fresh lime slice on the side, all on top of two fried corn tortillas. The meats was very tender & flavorful, veggies quite fresh and finished product very very tasty. As a cautionary note, the Salsa was probably a medium on the spicy scale and if you like your food mild you may want to ask for the mild salsa that comes with the chips. Other item of note here is the chips and salsa come gratis if you dine in where they were good but not quite at the level as the taco's which were over the top good! Relative to the restaurant and staff, the facility itself has a smallish footprint where there are just two tables and one very long counter with stools for indoor dining. My take of this is that much of the business is probably carryout. Staff was very friendly where you order your food at the counter and they bring it to you if you are dining in the restaurant. there was no table follow up at this point where it really operate as a quasi fast food joint which I was totally OK with, Overall really good food at a very reasonable price (2 steak taco's were $8) where the taco's are some of the best I have had in Metro Detroit. If you are a fan of good authentic Mexican food than this is a business not to be missed.

Lively vibe, funky fusion menu. Stopped by and tried a bunch of stuff…read more - Quinoa Mexi-Bowl: My favourite dish of the meal. Light and fresh, with the additional steak adding a heartiness to it. - Okonomiyaki Brussel Sprouts: Would never have thought of this combo but it definitely worked, with the okonomiyaki sauce adding a sweet kick to the sprouts. The pork belly on it was indulgent. - Bao Buns: Got the taiwanese pork and thai chicken baos. Of the two, the pork was tastier. The protein-to-bao ratio could be better. - Tacos: Pretty tasty though small. Space is compact, decor is lively. Prices are a tad high for the portion sizes, but that's how things are these days. Service was pretty quick and friendly. Overall, a pretty good spot for a fun meal.

We ended up walking down the street just to have them catch up and said we could dine in. There's no dining in the restaurant but there's a few tables on the sidewalk. It was taco Tuesday so we ordered three tacos. Carne asada. Chipotle chicken. Jackfruit pibil. The tortilla was two layered and slightly crispy around the edges while warm and soft on the inside. The sauces (mango, mild, and spicy) were flavourful. Fries supreme. Wow. It was literally indescribable. All the flavours complemented each other without being overwhelming. Any fries supreme you ever had, this fries supreme was next level. Churros. I felt it was slightly over cooked, but it's churros so it was still tasty. Big shoutout to the waitress who stayed late for us!! Many thanks!! Would 100% return for tacos and fries supreme.
