Instead of them understanding and allowing me to reschedule for the following week, they told me too bad. Emailed to try to get someone to understand that tantrums are unpredictable and again, they didn't care. Kept throwing their 24 hour reschedule policy at me. Next time, I'll ask my three year old 24 hours before If she plans to have a tantrum. Definitely not a place for kids younger than 5. Don't waste your money.

We recently held a 1 year old birthday party here and everyone had a blast. Valentina (owner) is so…read morewarm and welcoming. She gave us an opportunity to see the facility first before putting down a deposit. Before the party, she also asked for the ages of the participants so she can ensure there are enough instructors and her instructors can create an obstacle course that is appropriate for that age group. While the 1 year old didn't have instructions, they had so much fun playing with and in everything set up. We were able to bring in our own food and cake to celebrate with everyone. Valentina was able to make some space for our large party with an extra table and seats. Overall, it was a great experience and Valentina is very responsive.
