We also had to get our own coffee from the containers on the counter- not a big deal however the one we wanted was empty and because she was so rude and unpleasant we were uncomfortable asking her to refill it. Which is so awkward. These are totally fixable things, and should deter nobody from seeking this cute spot out. Just get on the same page, hopefully you have cameras and can watch her early morning interactions.

We sat in the back garden where there are a number of picnic style wooden tables, most with umbrellas for shade. The garden is decorated with lovely plants and flowers and makes the space that much more pleasant. Dogs are welcome here. Our drinks came put first and the food did not take too long to follow. I ordered a breakfast burrito which easily shared with another person. The particularly liked that the burrito was not soggy and maintained its structure while I ate it. Everything that came out to the table was very well put together and nicely presented. The dishes and cups used were also uniquely picked. I ordered a chai latte and it was perfect, not too spicy. I'd definitely go back here again.

But if I was a manager I'd sure want to know about this, so I called the company. The woman I talked to transferred me to the managers voicemail. I also sent an email to the addy on their website. Six weeks later I have had no response. I no longer patronize Jitterbean which is a shame as they're local. But they chose, in multiple ways, to treat a loyal customer poorly. Super disappointed
