We absolutely had a wonderful experience at the Tulsa location! We treated my Dad and Step Mom to lunch... it was their first time eating Soufflés and they both are still talking about them! We ordered 1 ham & cheese, 2 spicy sausage and 1 salmon soufflé. For dessert we had pecan, raspberry and key lime (Key Lime is my absolute favorite now!!) ‍ it is so smooth and just the perfect amount of every ingredient. We also had French press coffee and now they believe us when we tell them it's the best coffee!! I only got two good pictures of soufflés! We sat on the nice big patio in the corner. Last night was my 3rd visit since March 28. It has replaced every other Tulsa restaurant as my favorite. The food is incredible. The atmosphere is so inviting and pleasant. The 1st 2 times I had the steak and my husband had the ham sandwich (I know... he's a sandwich man... but it's seriously good). Last night I took 2 of my girlfriends for dessert. One is gluten free so we got the lava cake. Kale, who was my waiter for our 1st visit, was our waiter again. He remembered my name and my husband's name! He also remembered me asking about a GF menu for my friend. He is so warm and inviting and kind-- I'm not sure Rise knows how lucky they are to have him! If I didn't like the food, I might still go based on service and atmosphere alone. But let me tell you.... The food is divine. Kale genuinely cares that people have a stand-out impression of the place. And we all did! My friends are both so excited to go back and now understand why I keep raving about it! Daughter and I enjoy Rise, so she planned a Rise B'Day dinner for me. The most incredible part was the staff, even the manager. All were so nice. A table was set up by the windows so we could look at the twinkling interior, per her request. See pictures for their over the top presentation. Food great as always. Another happy hour review, albeit it was only for 15 minutes as we arrived at 5:45. Sat at the bar and service was great. We went to Rise on 2/14/26 around late lunch time. Rise is such a unique experience. The restaurant is beautiful! When you walk in it feels like a French bistro. Very cozy with a large bar and an open kitchen. You feel at home but you know it's going to be an elevated experience. The waitress was so kind and greeted us quickly with a loaf of fresh bread and waters. After hearing it was our first time there, she took the time to explain the menu, the restaurants history and their specials. When she came back with our drinks we talked more about the menu and she helped us pick our meals. Food 8/10- IF you like soufflés. We figured out really quickly that we do not like savory soufflés but we liked the dessert one a lot and would go back for it. You guys... this place is so good! I am worried to say it too much, because my hype could hinder how great it really is. Ha. From the time we entered u til we left we felt well attended to. The food was wonderful there is a great menu with soufflés for any taste with an addition of other items to complement them. We even tried a dessert soufflé because our waiter surprised us with it. The restaurant itself is really cool with seating situation where you don't necessarily feel like others are there. I'm glad I checked their website before we went so we got to bring our puppy. They were super nice and had a dog treat and a bowl of water for her. This was our first time trying out this spot. We celebrated two months married and had a coupon that we were given for $20 off. The coupon ended up paying for our drinks pretty much. I have had soufflés before but not like the ones served here. They suggested that we order everything at once so that we could get it all on time and that was the best advice they could have offered in my opinion. Our server was gracious, swift and gave great tips for our experience. We went on a Friday evening and it was helpful that the night was slow and we could enjoy it without too much activity in the restaurant. It's a pretty calm and low-key environment in the restaurant. If you have visited Rise in the Dallas Ft. Worth area, then when you know, you know. Tulsa's Rise does not disappoint either. As a native of Tulsa from birth and growing up early childhood there, locals know Utica Square is an iconic and foodie destination generations before social media could tell about it. The Rise location is perfect there. The food and seasonal offerings just as reminiscent of a rustic French cafe, but the soufflés are so upscale and delicious always. No flavor should be missed. Soufflé was a treat! We came for our monthly date night/ 2 month wedding anniversary AL was our server and was fantastic. So sweet, attentive, and didn't take our celebration lightly. I wanted wine but was indecisive and AL let me sample a few reccomendations until I found what I wanted. The marshmallow, tomato soup was a pleasant surprise. The marshmallow was actually made of goat cheese, perfect for a stormy day. Now for the soufflés, they are a unique texture, this was both our first time trying one. They are beautifully crafted and full of flavor. I had the crab and he had the herb and sausage. We ended up switching because I preferred the sausage, so full of flavor and herbacious. Then the dessert, we ordered the bread pudding but AL surprised us with the grand Marnier as well (which is the other option my husband wanted). Both were rich and delicious. They came with a liquid pour which complimented nicely. The ambiance was beautiful and transports you to Paris, low lit and moody, romantic or could also be a great place for friends. There were several groups of girlfriends catching up. We were pleasantly impressed with our experience and would come back, especially to experience there version of happy hour. The little corner where we sat reminded me of the Twilight scene where Bella is eating and Edward is watching her at the restaurant , super cozy and warm. Our waitress was amazing, so knowledgeable about the house specials and exactly what to recommend. We were torn between the two seasonal soufflés (pumpkin and bananas foster), and she surprised us by gifting us one so we could try both. Such a thoughtful gesture that will definitely bring us back! The bananas foster soufflé ended up being our favorite. The texture was incredible. Soft, warm, and reminiscent of bread pudding in the best way. We'll absolutely be returning for dessert! read more

My friend plans on coming back and bringing her family. Cons: I didn't like my artichoke. The sauce was good, but the artichoke was chewy and stringy. I have to admit to never having whole artichoke before. I've had artichoke hearts and artichoke juice. My friend didn't like her Jambon and Gruyère soufflé. Expensive. If you love soufflés, you must not skip the spot. The ambience the setting the bathroom is upscale yet down to earth. So don't feel like you have to dress up to go here. This was my first return trip to rise after being blown away at a Yelp event and while I did enjoy myself, I don't know that I will become a regular. I enjoyed myself but just don't know that it was an experience for me. My brother and I were struggling to decide on a late lunch when I remembered they had a happy hour that started fairly early (3-6) and from what I remembered included a few of their savory soufflés and a dessert soufflé, as well as some complimentary bites. The complimentary bites were still included, a choice between a salmon spread or chefs cheese choice. Both are delicious, and as one should reasonably expect a high quality complimentary item to be it is a single little crostini to whet the appetite. (Not a complaint, just setting an expectation). During happy hour the do have a nice selection of alcohol discounts, however neither of us are drinking currently so we didn't pay much attention. Now on to the menu...we were a little disappointed to see that the happy hour food offerings were paired down to just one soufflé, the Raspberry. We were hoping to be able to try a variety of things, but with their prices being $20+ couldn't really muster the want to spend more than just splitting one. We settled on the southwest chicken which sounded like it would be full of flavor, but we were a little disappointed, especially for the price. It came out hot and fresh, however there seemed to be a lack of any noticeable "southwest" flavor and minimal chicken from what we expected. Making up for it tho was the raspberry dessert soufflé. I'd return just for that...and their bread. It's amazing. The restaurant was pretty quiet when we got there since it was an off time between meals, but the staff was still very kind and attentive. They provide a premium level of service in an atmosphere that feels just a little more refined than the average eatery. Although it feels a little more designer, it's not pretentious or upscale, you can be comfortably casual. read more
